We spoke on several separate occasions before booking and always was pleasant , listened with nothing appearing to be too much trouble. My wife, Laura and myself felt we had a definite connection with her and were confident in her recommendations.

We have dealt with Panache Cruises (Jill Hurst) for a number of Silver Sea Cruises and without fail, Jill continues to handle our requirements and bookings with expertise, efficiency and very friendly. Nothing is a problem, even going the extra mile when she is supposed to be off duty. We have no reason at all to use any other Cruise or Vacation agent for our luxury cruises.

She also immediately sets up all the reminders for any extras in the booking which is particularly useful as we often book many months in advance. Even though you get such an personalised service the price remains very competitive. Add this to first rate communication and a very friendly but also knowledgeable demeanour and Nicola and Panache deserve a 5 star review in our opinion.

From start to finish over a 2-week period the booking experience/service has been excellent for a trip/cruise to Panama & Costa Rica. A big 'thank you' to Wendy, who put together an initial itinerary based on what we had requested, and then accommodated our multiple queries and requests to change to flights, hotels and ship cabin, each time providing revised quotes. She was able to let us compare the options so that we could make decisions that were right for us. I had done my homework and drawn up a skeleton plan for this trip myself including prices but comparing what Wendy had provided in terms of itinerary & price, with what I had tentatively planned, it was a no-brainer to book with her and Panache Cruises.

My previous cruise company seemed to lose interest as soon as any booking was made and my money taken - this was particularly evident when I tried to organise flight class and seating. This is not the case with Panache. The service I have received from Kathryn Waite and the team has been the best I have ever experienced from a cruise company.

Right from the start Kathryn ensured that any loyalty rewards were applied to the booking and soon the cost of the holiday started going down!

The "highlight" of our customer service experience was when Easyjet cancelled our outward flight as we were on our way to the airport. A holiday that had been planned for months could have been ruined. However one telephone call to Panache meant we were able to book onto another flight without too much delay. Panache sorted extra luggage allowances and boarding passes and even secured the refund from Easyjet. Thank you to Lisa and Sophia.
