The service was brilliant from start to finish - the information they provided & their speed of response was first rate & they answered all our queries very promptly. Its hard to receive such personal service these days . So thank you!

Another cruise booking, another win for Panache Cruises. My usual contact, Georgia, was away on holiday, but the enquiry was immediately picked up by Katy Brennan, who handled everything with the usual kindness and efficiency. Many thanks again

Felicia looked after our booking and done a great job going above and beyond with her expertise and friendly attitude

This is the second time I’ve booked through Panache. They offer brilliant service and competitive pricing. Elitsa was excellent, really helpful at offering additional information and ideas and following up when she said she was going to. A very positive experience.

Nicola was so helpful, never once made me feel like was being annoying, which I was, as was the mobile phonereception in hy home.
After 5 maybe 6 days she finally found me an excetional deal, enough to make me book the trip I have only dreamt trip about doing.

Joanne from Penache Cruises was particularly friendly and helpful and made the booking of our Cunard cruise such a pleasurable experience.

Had a lovely lady called Nicola helped with booking our first river cruise, Nicola worked hard to get us the best deal available. Would recommend her for future cruises.

Nicole was friendly and efficient as usual. She is a credit to Panache.

Karen Aspinall from panache cruises is brilliant . She always gets us a great deal on Explora and nothing is too much trouble

Karen was very knowledgable and responded immediately to our requests. She explained everything in detail and nothing was too much trouble.

Extremely friendly service from Joanne Cottee. very helpful and knowledgeable.

Although our arrangements were made through the office in Great Bririan we were most grateful for the ease with which the transactions were made and for the assistance in finding the travel arrangements that best suited us.

Jo at panache has been extremely helpful in assisting with our booking and has responded to all our enquiries swiftly.

Just booked our 3rd cruise via Katy at Panache.
Katy was, as always, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and responsive and nothing ever seems too much trouble. We feel we are in very safe and competant hands. Katy has a real feel for what we like / our preferences. We have no hesitation in recommending Katy and Panache and hope to use their services many more times in the future.
