Ordered a racket that suggested it was in stock over a week later it still hasn’t shipped and the systems suggests it’s on back order. No communication from Padel Shack. Won’t yes them again.

Racket tryout arrangements really helpful
I was looking for a manoeuvrable light weight racket with less vibration conduction. I wanted to try before committing to the racket. There were no demo rackets available so Chris at padelshack arranged for me to try 2 different new rackets, with refund arrangement for the one I didn’t like. The only downside was that I had to keep the wrapping on the handle which did impair the racket trial to some extent. I I’m really pleased to have been able to try and get a racket that suits me

Pay to return your goods!
I ordered a pair of Nox trainers in a size 9, which is the size I comfortably wear across other brands. Unfortunately, when they arrived they were absolutely enormous and far too big, so I had no option but to return them for a smaller size.
What surprised me most was having to pay for my own return postage. In all honesty, in modern online retail this is something I very rarely come across anymore, particularly when sizing appears to run significantly larger than standard.
I returned the trainers 6 days ago and am still awaiting any confirmation that the parcel has been received or that my exchange has been processed and dispatched. I also chased this up myself but have not received any proper update.
I appreciate that sizing differences themselves are not necessarily your fault, however I was disappointed with the suggested solution of purchasing another pair at £120 to “speed up” the exchange process while waiting for the return to be processed. This would have left me significantly out of pocket, which I was understandably not comfortable with.
I would also add that I do normally shop elsewhere for my padel items, however I was fortunate enough to receive a gift voucher for your store for my birthday, which is what led me to place the order. Unfortunately, based on this experience so far, it has not given me much confidence to order again in future.

Regarding exchanges, we like to offer all options, as sometimes customers' urgency requires another size or an alternative shoe by the next day, so they don't want to wait. Other times, a customer will return for an exchange. By no means did we mean to offend you with the first option; we simply want to give you all available options.

Happy with products but …
Happy with products , however not happy with the delivery, i paid for next day delivery before 12 and it turned up before 1pm , so I had to cancel my padle class what cost me… ( that was the 2nd time )
First time order was ( ordered it on Sunday) Monday was bank holiday ( excepted it on Tuesday.. (next day delivery) turned up on Wednesday!
Bit disappointed ☹️

Sorry to hear about the delay. Having looked into this, the first order was shipped on Tuesday after the bank holiday weekend and arrived on schedule for Wednesday. Your second order was placed on Wednesday evening at 20:00 and shipped on Thursday, with delivery on Friday. So both orders were on schedule, as our website states our daily cut-off time is 14:00. In most cases, we still process orders after this time, but sadly, our warehouse and offices were closed by the time your order was placed.
