Great Company.
Purchased a racket to give as a gift. Very fast dispatch and delivery. The racket was well packaged to protect it from damage during transit. Good communications from Padel Shack.

The level of service at The Paddle Shack was superb. The employees went out of their way to be encouraging and informative. We don’t own kayaks, and renting them a few times a year allows us to enjoy the beauty of the estuary. The Paddle Shack is a great asset to the area.

Good afternoon Matt,
Thank you for your positive review. While we love to hear about positive experiences, you have confused our company with another, as we are "Padel Shack", a leading specialist in the sport of Padel. Our website is: http://www.padelshack.com.
Hopefully you will see this response, as the other company clearly made a wonderful impression and it would be a shame not to see this posted on their site.
Best regards,
Chris

Excellent Customer Service
Ordered 3 pairs of padel shoes which came really quickly. Returned two pairs - paid the postage and had a very quick refund paid into my bank account within a few days. Highly recommend this company!

Good afternoon Susan,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the sizing issues. This is very unusual, so the only explanation I can think of is a manufacturing error. Could you please call me on 01206 808014 or email info@padelshack.com so we can look into this further?
Best regards,
Chris
