After some great advice I rang PDH on the best padel racket for me I bought one off them it arrived in good time and was at a very competitive price
Unfortunately there was a fault with the racket, I reported this back to PDH and Sophie in customer services was absolutely fantastic in arranging for a replacement racket to be sent to me direct from the supplier. First class service from Sophie if I could award more than 5 stars and get her a pay rise I would! Let’s hope the new racket lasts longer!

PDH were very helpful and professional in resolving a product issue. No help was available from the manufacturer, and PDH went above and beyond to address the situation.

I had an issue with a Wilson padel racket that I had bought where the wrist strap was faulty after only one use.

After getting in touch with PDH Sports, Sophie was very quick to rectify the situation and sent me a replacement racket free of charge.

Would 100% recommend.

I bought my son a squash bag, but it was much smaller than expected. Unfortunately, the return policy is very poor. First, the company has to review whether they will even allow a return. Then, if approved, you must pay for your own return label and cover the postage yourself.

This kind of policy is exactly why Amazon continues to gain traction. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Ordered mini orange junior balls, the wrong ones were sent. As we needed them urgently I asked if they could send replacement, they wouldn’t until I sent them back by Evri. This meant me taking them to an Evri drop off point! Two weeks later still no replacement, so I emailed to ask where my replacement was and whether they had received the wrong order back as I hadn’t received a confirmation. Then Had an email to say they were stuck in the system and were being sent that day. Customer care and communication was awful, not sure why I should have been made to drive to a drop off products which was their mistake and then not to receive any communication about whether they had received back or not. With this sort of customer care not sure why they are the no.1 supplier!

ordered the padel racquets on sunday approx 2pm, they arrived tuesday morning approx 9:10am. I phoned on the monday to express the need for them before 10am on Tuesday and they duly delivered. Luckily they use DHL and not Hermes or Yodel. I bought two PADELIZED AERO-PRO TEAM Padel Racket with an original RRP of £250 each however they had an 80% discount down to £49.99, however because I bought two I got an additional £5 off. Can't fault the quality of the product and the helpfulness of the staff. Highly recommended and would certainly use again.

I buy my KSwiss defied tennis shoes from PDH. The most recent pair developed a manufacturing fault. PDH handled the situation extremely well, liaising with KSwiss on my behalf. The result was a replacement pair. Their speedy replies to emails and efficiency was excellent. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Recently ordered a tennis racket from PDH. It's my 4th time ordering from them and each time has been spot on. Fast delivery when posted, also went into the store in Duffield where they were very helpful finding what I needed.

I bought a pickleball paddle from here in December 2024, really good price. Unfortunately it developed a fault but with no problem at all, they accepted it back and sent me a replacement. Great prices, quick delivery and great customer service (namely Marcus).

Have bought a few things and always had a good experience. I have written this review as I bought a pair of Padel shoes from pdh and unfortunately when I put them on one of the catches for the lace pulled apart at the seem. They asked me to write a review which I gave 1 star for the product and they contacted me immediately. I sent photos of the faulty product and from the photos they sent them to babolat and I was sent a replacement pair (no charge). It was somewhat unexpected as the fault occurred when I put the shoes on. I am very grateful for there excellent customer service
