Racket not as described by a long way
The response to my initial reveiw has been very positive, and I accept that Padelshack was not responsible for the misinformation on their website, which they had relayed in good faith. It's nice when a complaint is treated with respect. The racket I bought was described on the web site as teardrop, ultra soft eva foam etc. It is in fact diamond, ultra hard eva, professional level. I bought it for my wife's 60th birthday. She hated it. Luckily I like it and will keep it for me, but I don' t have a lot of confidence in buying again when I buy her a replacement. Very disappointing

Good afternoon Joshua,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We are very sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced. After investigating, we found that the information we received from our supplier did not match the actual specifications of the racket. I sincerely apologise for this oversight; we should have caught it before listing the product on our website.
I'm glad our management team was able to reach out to discuss the matter further with you. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience and will implement strict safeguards to prevent this from happening again in the future.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything else.
Best regards,
Chris

This is the worst company who are most…
This is the worst company who are most probably scamming people . I recorded my home address in Newcastke on a shoe purchase . My address was mysteriously changed to Bradford ( a city I have never visited) to a shady address where no one is occupying. A delivery receipt was produced. To make matter worse, it is suggested that i incorrectly inputted the delivery address!!
I highly recommend that one avoids this site as you are highly likely to loose your funds

Good morning Devinder,
We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way, as we are a reputable company that has been trading for over 14 years. Our team has looked into your report extensively by checking order confirmation and dispatch details, as these are on two different systems. We have sent a copy of this to you, but it is sent automatically upon placement and dispatch. Our accounts department has looked up the transaction in PayPal, as this is linked to your card payment. Everything matches, and we are more than happy to provide proof of this from PayPal. Timestamps will match the time your order was placed. All checks have been completed, and we can confirm the products were sent correctly.
In the event an order is placed with the wrong shipping address, we advise all customers to contact us straight away, even before it's delivered, so we can do everything possible to stop or return it.
Please get in touch by phone or email if you need any further information from us.
Our apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Chris
