Great Service
I ordered an item as a Christmas present quite late and although it was not in stock it did say delivery within 9 - 11 days. After the 11 days I had not received the item so contacted Customer Services who got back to me straight away and promised to send the item as soon as they received it. Good as their word my item arrived 2 days later with Royal Mail 24 hour guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas.
Excellent company with great customer service.
Will definitely be using them in the future

A deal too good to be true? Found item almost half the price of what other vendors have it on offer. Emailed to check in stock, got a human response, ordered, and delivered less than 24 hours from ordering. Item as expected. Would definitely use these again.

This turned out to be a very positive experience. I was concerned that I had ordered a bit late for a Christmas gift for my Husband. When I made contact via e mail with the team , they could not have been more helpful and kind . The coat was delivered on the 17th December and is excellent and I am delighted.

GAA Goal posts
I ordered a set of GAA goalposts - the most competitive price available after several weeks of checking. The customer service experience was second to none with personal confirmation emails, follow up emails to explain the delivery service and offering a quicker delivery for an affordable small fee! It was the easiest and most efficient purchase of my Christmas shopping.

Zero Support - past liquidated Company and avoiding responsibility
Bought a pair of outdoor shoes and they were defective. Company claimed they had changed ownership and would not help me with warranty. This says it all with this lot, Hiding behind different company identities with the same online shop, same website, same items, same letterheads, same logo and invoices and the same directors. You can read about it all in many of the other reviews as well, with similar experiences. Pathetic attitude to customers. Buy elsewhere if you need support..

Am stuck at the min I can’t seem to get in contact with these people phone number want work I just want a refund prefer the item on the 24th of November and it’s sitting in limbo please get this sorted can’t even live chat nothing !!!!! OGB12678791 updated review …. I have now been told that they didn’t receive the item even tho they have been delivered and now I have to contact Royal Mail this has been a nightmare for me to get sorted will never be ordering from outdoor gb again far to much stress and things take far to long to ge done please stay away unless u live 5 mins from the store if there is one!!!

Untrustworthy company - Same DIRECTORS as Company in Administration
I ordered from this company and it went into administration a few months ago. Part of my order was never received and all I got was a pile of unhelpful information designed to fob me off from the administrators. And hey presto - they’ve risen from the ashes, probably with the same dodgy directors (NOW CONFIRMED AS THE GILES BROTHERS, see below) - and still selling the Thule parts that I ordered and never received. WATCH OUT FOLKS. Don’t trust them and check for free info on Companies house. Take a good look at company numbers 03254526 (ExtremeGB t/a OutdoorGB) and 16628438 (GBGP Ltd t/a OutdoorGB)before purchasing and you can see that the same directors have simply re-emerged with their new company and effectively ditched their creditors (you and me). How does UK Company Law allow them to treat their customers in this way???? I will be finding out....

Avoid. Terrible customers service.

Don’t buy from here
Don’t believe the recent messages from outdoorGB that they don’t have the details from previous customers to honour warranties.
I ordered some trainers from outdoorGB in July 2025, unfortunately they were too small and I sent them back but never received a refund.
If you look on companies house website you can see that 2 of the directors from outdoorGB registered at companies house 3254526 are Ben Giles and Edward Giles. These are exactly the same directors at the newly formed outdoorGB registered at companies house 16628428.
If outdoorGB did not have the information from the previous incarnation of outdoorGB to honour customers warranties, how did outdoorGB get my email address to send me an email today from their new company tell me about their latest offers.
I was lucky and got my money back from Barclaycard. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company which has the same directors as the previous outdoorGB. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Refusig to honour a product warranty…
Refusing to honour a product warranty claim due to liquidation but the same company name trading. I would avoid a company that hides behind company structures and is still trading under the same website and exactly same products at the same price being traded. To save yourself any issued when the product is faulty I would shop elsewhere.

Thought They Went Bust!!
In summary I purchased walking shoes, they were not comfortable so I returned them. Received confirmation of the return and advised that I would receive the refund in 5-10 days. That was on the 7th July 2025. After hearing nothing I chased on the 17th July and was notified on the same day that the company had ceased trading. I have been chasing the liquidator (PKF Smith Cooper) for the refund without success then today I notice the company is trading again.

Avoid non existing terrible customer service
Avoid terrible customer service, placed an order for 4 items only one was shipped no email to notify that the items out of stock until I have chased my self, they have offered to send a replacement ladies items instead of men's originally ordered, and on top of that they have a nerve to charge me delivery charge for single item delivered even so the order was not for filled in full.
I would give no starts but fortunately for them you cant proceed without not giving any starts

I would love to tell you about the product but I am still waiting. You know about a company by its response to issues but again I still wait. Be warned that they say Royal Mail is used on their website but Evri was the company. Supposedly next day or two delivery is over a week and counting. Missed my son’s birthday and more. I have tried to use the company chat but it does not work and sent two emails with no response. Evri, well what do you expect…..a tiny bit better actually but not much. Their ai chatbot at least works. It’s only two stars as I am optimistic about the product.

I returned a jacket for a refund on 23rd June. I have the email they sent on 25th June telling me they had received it and ‘We can confirm that we have processed your refund. It can take 5-10 days to credit your account’ I left it for 3 weeks (16th July)before trying to log on and chase it up and got the ‘we have ceased trading but thank you….’message. I did contact the liquidators and they sent me lots of paperwork that I didn’t understand so I never sent it back. £37 wasn’t worth wasting my time if I was never going to get my refund. I just came across the paperwork and thought I’d look online to see if anyone has had any luck and found this on Trustpilot so I guess the answer is no! If you Google them they say they are relaunching in the coming weeks!

Absolute nightmare to try a return a pair of cargo trousers - 2 x emails to customers services tried ringing informed by voice recording that they are only open 1230 - 1330 Tuesday to Friday this was at 1315 on a Thursday - tried online returns but the order number on my receipt was too short ? So wouldn’t recognise it !!!
Tried to online live chat this is closed for updating….I am beginning to think these jokers don’t really exist!!!

This company is HOPELESS. I bought a pair of sandals on 25 July this year and returned them immediately because they did not fit. I have waited and waited for the £37.77 refund. It hasn't come. Now it is almost September and despite many emails to the company, I still have not received the refund. They sent me one email a while back saying that they were 'experiencing difficulties with processing refunds' and they promised to refund within two days. That two days has long since past. I AM STILL WAITING.
