12 days and no product
12 days and no product, and no contact or update without me prompting, after reading other reviews it seems this is not unusual. Possibly avoid and shop elsewhere.
Avoid
Placed an order on the 12th April, courier delivered to the wrong door and left it outside. I have not received my order and now its 7th May with no refund or replacement.
They say the courier is investigating but outdoorgb are now ignoring my emails.

Ordered a POC MTB helmet with a delivery estimate of 2-7 working days. 11 working days later it still hasn't shipped.
Excellent service
Excellent service. A query to customer service answered within a few hours. The product I ordered (a bicycle helmet) arrived within a day and a half perfectly wrapped. Almost unheard of to receive such a quick delivery. All kudos to this company !
Avoid
Company unable to be contacted. Emails not responded to and both listed telephone numbers listed are not in service. No way to get authorisation to return unsuitable goods within 30 day window. Wake up Edward Giles and honour your policies.

Slow, late, poor tracking, no thanks
Ordered from their website & it stated 3-9 "working days" for delivery, which is quite a range of time for an estimate. There was no other communication from them until it was shipped... yes, you guessed it... ON the 9th day, so it was already late before it left them.
The tracking number & link they sent were 2 items in the same email, strange as every other purchase I make online sends a link TO the actual item being tracked. No, not with OutdoorGB. They sent the tracking company page & the tracking number, not the connection.
THEN the tracking didn't work on the Evri page on the most widely used browser in the world. I have an Evri account & am very familiar with it's process, yet this tracking failed to work once. When I enquired, was eventually told "Well it's working here" implying the error's at my end. (Funny how the 5 other Evri packages I have inbound didn't replicate this, eh?).
So a day late & rubbish connection to tracking later, it did arrive, with my regular Evri driver. Items were intact & were what I ordered but the extended process can be beaten easily & frankly, the dispatch time seems to have been sent on a "When did we say we'd send it?" approach.
I learned this firm has had a recent management buy-out & while I wish all companies luck in the current economic situation, I'll not be back to this one. However, if you don't need it quickly & saving a couple of quid is important to you, then "you pays your money & takes your chance".
The biggest thing I saw here was inconsistency, especially after reading other reviews. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
Ordered a new bag
Ordered a new bag. All went through. 5 days later receieved an email stating they do not have it in stock and no due date.
As of writing this, they have the bag still showing as available to order so they will happily take the money for it
Absolutely joke of a company
Absolutely joke of a company. Just ruined my weekend with my grandson. I bought a Robens pioneer 2EX. I purchased a brand new tent and paid for a brand new tent. I used it for the first time this weekend on a hike with my grandson. When I took it out of the bag, I could smell an unpleasant odour, even worse was when I rolled it open, you could see stained inner tent, where it has obviously been used before. Attachments for the pegs were filthy and had an all over “been used before” look and smell about it. The silver aluminium poll section is broken and the other ones are bent. There was also no instructions on how to pitch it. Had a horrendous nights sleep. OGB should realise that if you buy a tent, you may not use it for a few weeks/months and by the time I used mine for the first time my return is out of date. I purchased this tent on 3rd March 2026. I now have a smelly second hand tent that is fit for the bin because OGB couldn’t conduct a quality procedure before allowing it to leave their factory. I have bought from OGB for many years now but I have noticed a lack of quality recently, this is not my first disappointment from this company but it will be my last, just because you are saving money by cutting jobs and allowing decent people to suffer because of it. I do have photos.
Avoid this shambolic rip off company
I ordered a dog bed from this company on 13th March and still haven’t received it. The money was taken immediately and I found confirmation in my junk box. After being told it had been sent a week later, I received a message from Evri saying it would be delivered and then a message saying they were unable to deliver that day, but would deliver within 24 hours. That was 10 days ago and still nothing. I have started an enquiry with Evri, who say I should contact the seller.
It is impossible to contact the seller, the phone number is no longer valid and no response from emails.
I think this company is shambolic and a scam.
I am now getting in touch with my bank for a chargeback.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Dog treats
Ordered dog treats, delivered promptly and excellent product. There is a wide range of pet supplies and dog treats to choose from, great prices as well. Highly recommend for pet owners.
Fraudulent Company AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Placed an order on their website, it took my payment, and I received no order confirmation email or anything at all.
Contacted GBGP customer service and their support agent named Jersey told me they could not locate any orders from me on their system. They advised that the pending charge was just an authorization hold that will not be completed or cleared (which turned out to be a lie) and they suggested I try placing the order again with an different card.
I tried again with a different card and the exact same thing happened, my other card was charged, still no order confirmation, and GBGP customer service still denying that they see any orders in their system.
It has taken a lengthy dispute process with my credit card provider to recover the money that OutdoorGB stole. Judging by recent Trustpilot reviews I am clearly not the only one reporting this issue, so maybe OutdoorGB should make an effort to fix it instead of gaslighting their customers that there are no technical issues with their website.
In addition I have since discovered that OutdoorGB went into administration last year, before re-launching as a separate new business that did not inherit any customer orders, liabilites or outstanding claims from the previous business. So this means they have no record of my past orders with them either and they will not honour any warranty claims for products purchased with their "old company" before they went into administration. Although they still get to keep their 16,000+ positive reviews from their "old company" - funny how that works!

I placed an order which stated it will be delivered in 3-9 working days.
I haven’t received any update on the order which is concerning as that timeline is about close. Also there is no phone number that works and reading some of the comments below the company has been liquidated.
I’m happy to address this review if I hear back from the company regarding my order

The seller was extremely honest and efficient. I ordered two helmets on 4 February, and they arrived in time before my departure on 13 February. The price was also better than ordering directly from the official website. Highly recommended.
Disfunctional Liqudated Company that will take your cash
Very worrying, please do not purchase from this company. First the telephone number is not valid, the lines dead, check for yourselves
Second there is no way of contacting this company, they do not reply to emails.
Any tracking details they send you will be fake and will not register on the couriers website
I ordered an item for next day delivery and i am still waiting a week later.
WORSE the company was liqudated in 2025 but is for some reason being run by someone thats salvaged the remains, hence they have no actual goods
But their website page looks good doesnt it?
Do as i did and contact your credit card company as soon as possible for a chargeback, dont fall for any excuses.

To clarify, the former company trading as Extremegb entered administration earlier this year. Following this, selected assets were acquired through a management buyout and the brand was relaunched under a new legal entity. As a result, the new company did not inherit customer orders, liabilities, or outstanding claims from the previous business.
Says it all doesnt it, please dont part with your well earned cash with this shambolic company.

Thus far it has been a very negative…
Thus far it has been a very negative experience. I placed an order on the 7th Jan for an item that was indicated as needing ordering in the size and colour I wanted. Fair enough, but to date I haven’t even received an acknowledgment of my order, no timeline on delivery, absolute zero. Money has gone but I don’t even know if the order has been placed. Phone seems to be unavailable, emails haven’t been answered. It’s appalling.
