Délai de livraison non respectés, communication minimaliste
Voilà trois ans que j'ai passé commande sans le moindre retour, ni en livraison ni en information.
Par contre, pour les annonces de nouveaux projets avec précommandes, ça booste a fond.
Sans réponse à mes demandes d'informations, mes conseils juridiques prendront le relais.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce fabricant pour plusieurs raisons : la première, ils ne respectent pas les délais de livraison prévus. Jusqu'ici, et dû aux restrictions liées au covid (leur usine de fabrication est située en Chine/Asie, si j'ai bien compris), c'est plus ou moins normal et tout à fait acceptable (pénurie de conteneurs, fermeture des usines de production à cause des confinements, etc.).

Sauf que, contrairement à leurs concurrents (français et internationaux), ils sont complètement dépassés (le covid a bon dos, à force) avec pour certaines de leurs résines, jusqu'à presque deux années de retard cumulées (sans compter celles initialement prévues pour la production).

La seconde raison : ils ne tiennent pas le client régulièrement informé. Ils ont bel et bien un suivi de production sur leur site internet (disponible en français et en anglais), sauf que celui-ci est mis à jour en moyenne tous les quatre mois uniquement (ils sont passés à trois mois tout juste récemment). Ils ne publient rien sur leurs réseaux sociaux (ou ne prennent la peine d'envoyer des e-mails, concernant ces mêmes retards). Par contre, ils ont le temps de faire des stories sur Instagram pour promouvoir les NFTs (et c'est à peu près tout ce qu'ils publient... ça et les annonces des futures précos).

Lorsque vous leur envoyer un message (via le formulaire de contact sur leur site internet ou par l'intermédiaire des réseaux sociaux), il faut savoir qu'ils répondent uniquement la moitié du temps (par expérience personnelle + témoignages de 3 connaissances) et laissent la plus part de vos questions sans réponse (jusqu'à maintenant, 4 questions sur 6). Lorsqu'une réponse est donnée, celle-ci est toujours évasive et peu claire. Le top quand on est coincé dans une boucle d'attente interminable.

Je suis très déçu du service client et de la stratégie de communication de Oniri. Je pense qu'il est préférable d'aller voir chez la concurrence (sans aller à l'international), qui en plus d'informer régulièrement sa clientèle, progressent bien plus rapidement sur les projets en cours.

ENGLISH SUMMARY : Very bad customer service (they don't answer most of your questions + you have to keep chasing them up to get an update on current production) AND unacceptable delivery times (almost 3 years for a resin).

Going on almost 4 years and still no statue. I had pre-ordered the Guts & Zodd Berserk statue back in early 2019. 3 and a half years later with tons of excuses and false promises from Oniri, I'm still waiting on my statue to ship. They also surprised me with last minute astronomical shipping charges that cost the same amount of money as the statue itself. Oniri staff does respond to emails within a day or two, but their responses are always extremely short and vague leaving much to be desired. I just can't wait for my statue to arrive so I can finally wipe my hands clean of this company for good. I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything through this company unless you're ready to commit to years of waiting. I could have raised a small child in the time it takes them to ship a statue.

Preordered the Levi figure in July 2019, paid in full 490€ excluding shipping. Delivery was due Aug 2020.

Due to the covid19 pandemic in 2020, delivery was delayed but there was no notice from Oniri Creations. They finally updated their Instagram in Feb 2021 (6 months after the original delivery date) that the Levi figures were stuck in China, but promised delivery by 2021 Q2.

2021 Q2 came and went, again with no update from Oniri. I had to reach out again to them in July 2021, only to receive a vague response of "delivery in summer". Throughout all this, the company kept taking new orders for new figures even though they had yet to deliver the orders made 2 years ago.

I requested for a refund, and was charged a cancellation fee of 10% despite the fact that the company did not deliver within a reasonable time period. I felt that as a customer, I had been more than reasonable by waiting until the product was a year late before asking for a refund.

Refund was made using paypal, which meant I was charged paypal fees as well. The only positive thing I have to say is that the company refunded me promptly.

Great products, great quality and great customer service!

Oniri Creations are a newish competitor on the resin statue scene. They've acquired a few licenses to make resin statues including, but not limited to Death Note, Naruto, Bleach, Attack on Titan and Full Metal Alchemist.

As any resin collector will know, this hobby is very expensive and we've had our fair share of dealing with customer service issues with other companies when defects are found.

Oniri Creations being new, I went into this a bit blind, not knowing anything about them, the quality of the finished product or their customer service.
What I can now say is that they are a breath of fresh air and a leading example of how quality and customer service should be handled.
I was one of the few unfortunate people to experience a defect with my resin statue, but Oniri Creations customer service were on the ball and responded very quickly, reassured me and promised to fix the problem. They even gave me the choice of a full refund, a partial refund or to replace the defective part.
Their patience and how helpful they are was great. I will definitely be a returning customer in future.
