I have no idea if I will love my purse
I have no idea if I will love my purse. I’ve been charged from my PayPal account over 6 weeks ago but have yet to receive anything! I feel this is a Spam site.

Very cute but difficult to lock
The handbag is very cute and holds a lot but it’s difficult to close the lock. The sides of the bag are soft so when you try to engage to little gold ring to lock it it caves in. It’s not the worst thing in the world but a little frustrating

The bag was a good size, great quality leather and it was reasonably priced. I would absolutely buy something else from Oliver & Annis.

Took way too long to provide product…
Took way too long to provide product and shipping from China was never mentioned. I tried to cancel and was denied. I do not like the purse at all.

The purse I ordered is just ok
The purse I ordered is just ok. Quality does not seem to be what I expected. Oh well, I took a chance.
It came shipped in a plastic bag, all squashed. That does not say quality and we care about our products.
Was annoyed that in order to track shipping I was going to have to upload an app I’ll never use again.

Purse looked nice but once I removed…
Purse looked nice but once I removed the packing materials from inside the purse, along the base it started folding. Now there is a crease where the woven section meets the bottom. I would not order again.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the quality of the bag. The inside lining was sloppily sewn. The material
of the bag itself felt very inexpensive and would honestly find better at a Marshals store. The hardware is cheap as well. For a $60 bag I was expected so much more.

Bad workmanship
Purse arrived in a timely manner and was pretty close to the picture on website but the clasp broke in less than 36 hours. Cannot use purse without working clasp. Company notified responded after a few days by asking for a photo. Photo sent ...no further response.

What a disappointment!!
What a disappointment!!! First of all it took a while to receive. It came in the mail in an envelope and was crushed. It won't even stand up!! Then they give you a 50% discount for a purse you might see at the dollar store. I paid 57.00 and that was with my 50% discount It's not real Leather, probably plastic and the model they have showing it must be a child because it is so tiny with tiny little pockets inside. The stitching on the strap is coming apart! I wrote the company and waiting for a response. I know one thing I will never buy anything on Instagram again!!
