Worst shoes I have ever bought! As everyone says they trick you into thinking its from Melbourne. The quality is simply not worth $10 and yet its advertising for half price at $60! This company should be named and shamed. Not even bothered sending back as it probably will cost me so much to send back to China where they are made. I am now put off ever buying on line again!! It's also suspect the reviews they have posted. Strange I was getting a lot of promos popping up on Facebook and now I have received the shoes nothing...its like they expect you to do a bad review.

If I could give NO STARS I would. The quality of the goods is so poor it is simply land-fill. You cannot return goods as they are not in Australia as they pretend to be but based in China and the cost of returning anything to the location is outrageously high as there are many taxes. Warning not to purchase anything from here.

It is a Chinese company with product being made and sent from China. If you need to return something, which you most likely will, it needs to be returned to China at enormous expense.

Extremely cheap looking shoes I emailed them 3 times for return and refund and NEVER received any response back from them!! Stay Away from this scam site!!!!!!

I ordered two jumpers at a combined cost of $130. They were the worst quality imaginable. I would not give them to the Op Shop, because I would not want to see anyone wearing such rubbish. The fabric stank of chemical. Nasty!!!!! To crown the turd, I ordered 3XL and received two very tiny garments. I can imagine the packer saying to me as she packed, You Elephant!!! Here lose weight and grow into shit jumper!!!!! Elephant!!!

100% SCAM. Not received goods. When checking tracking number a screen comes up advising me that a third party is trying to obtain my personal details. With all the AI around why isn't there one that you can check a company with and it immediately advises if it is legit or not. It is an appalling practices to rip people off like these scammers.

I’ll be honest. This is the most spam website ever. Fake phone number fake email fake everything they take your money. I received my order three weeks later. It is not Australian made. It is cheap materials made from overseas. I’ve asked for a refund. I cannot contact them for a refund. I rang them. The number is invalid. I’m going to the Department of fair training now. Do not buy from the store purchased leather boots from them costing $90 not cheap advertised as leather boots. They were not leather boots. They were plastic boots and very poor quality avoided all costs.

I purchased two bags from Aussie Finest Melbourne as a birthday gift for my daughter because I believed I was supporting an Australian business offering unique, premium-quality products.
Unfortunately, the items I received after 22 days delivery time were very different from the impression created by the website. The bags looked mass-produced, the materials and finish felt much lower quality than expected, and the overall presentation was disappointing considering the price paid.
What was particularly disappointing was learning after the purchase that the products were not shipped from Australia. During my discussions with customer support, I was informed that the company fulfils orders through international distribution centres and global manufacturing partners. Had this been made clearer upfront, it may have influenced my purchasing decision.
After receiving the bags, I searched online and found very similar products available on marketplaces such as Temu for a fraction of the price. This left me feeling that I had significantly overpaid for what I received.
The company advertises a "30-day money back guarantee" and "hassle-free returns". However, when I requested a refund, I was informed that a full refund would require returning the items internationally. The return process involved arranging DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, prepaying duties and taxes, using an international courier such as FedEx, and providing multiple forms of documentation. As an Australian customer, I do not consider this process "hassle-free".
To be fair, customer support did respond to my emails and eventually increased their compensation offer. After several exchanges, I accepted a 50% partial refund and kept the bags, as the cost and complexity of returning them internationally did not seem worthwhile.
My advice to potential buyers is to research carefully before purchasing. If you are buying because you believe you are receiving an Australian-made or Australian-shipped premium product, you may wish to ask additional questions before placing an order. My experience did not match the expectations created by the website, and I would not purchase from this company again.

I have experienced much the same as other reviews. I should have checked trust pilot first. The boots I received were nothing like the photo and very poor cheap materials, not leather. They were supposed to have arch supports, but did not. This is false advertising. I was made to think the boots were made in Australia promoted by the owners who are sisters? I'd be very ashamed. I was offered another item but had to pay further money and keep the pair i have. My refund was only 10% of original cost. This is not good business. I can't understand how Facebook let's these people advertise and get away with this type of behaviour. I will never order from the internet again.

I purchased Frankie - Lightweight Orthopedic Sneakers as I am going overseas and thought they would be good for travelling/walking.

The website is quite polished, the sneakers appear very stylish in the photos and they make many enticing claims:-
- cushioned orthopedic sole to absorb impact, relieve pressure.....it's not
- triple archive technology. There is no arch technology that I can see.
- upper material breathable fabric. The fabric inside is synthetic mesh but the outer is plastic so NOT breathable.
- airflow technology is a few holes punched in the upper.
- memory foam orthopedic cushioning.
The insole is a solid thin piece of foam, definitely not memory foam. It's not attached to the shoe, when you remove it the inside of the shoe is held together with glue and string.
- Normal fit, true to size. The sneakers are undersized, 2cm smaller than every other pair of size 10 shoes I own.
The shoes look cheap, are made from cheap materials like something you would purchase in a discount store for $15 yet they cost $59.95, supposedly on sale from $119.

They ship to you free Australia wide. They promise a 30-day money back guarantee and hassle-free returns. If you want to return the shoes you must ship back to China via an international courier at an exhorbitant cost and you must pay all costs,duties and taxes. (They recommend FedEx who quoted $140).

They offer you a 10% discount if you keep the shoes. As returning is not an option due to cost I with take the $6 discount and the shoes will go in the bin.

There is no Melbourne office despite 'Melbourne' being in their company title. They have no Australian ABN that I can find - they trick you into believing you are buying Australian.

BEWARE! Dress arrived fine but was far too long- asymmetric hem dragging on ground ( even with heels on- and I’m 5’6”). Cheap material.
Contacted them for refund “ easy returns” on website. Told I had to send back to china and could only use FedEx - which would cost more money than dress cost in first place.

Not only was quality of the runners i purchased disgraceful. They are thin, you can feel the ground through the soles and there's zero support in the heels. But when you try to email their support centre the email bounces back.
