ordered 2 pairs of mens pants, they took a month to arrive at a local courier of their choice, that courier left the parcel in a bush out the front of my complex on the road and i never received the package and was never found.
they have basically said is my problem and won't resend, refund or contact courier, terrible service.

Extremely poor communication regarding delivery. Took weeks longer than the estimated delivery time. When I got the order, it was not only packaged horribly, which is not the worst as I can say wash/clean and or iron the clothes out, but any text to tell me what the clothing item is etc was Chinese (not very Australian). I also ordered an XL, yet the jacket fits tighter than a medium!

The worst quality clothing I have ever bought. Spent 145aud on a hoody for my husband and the fabric is revolting . Tge stitching ridiculous. On top of that they DO NOT HAVE RETURNS!!! you need to send the product back to some random factory in china ( which would have cost $45) which I decided not to do asi have lost 145 already! They offed to give me a refund of 15% of my purchase price. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! Don’t buy from them!!!!

I do not recommend this website. I recently purchased a winter jacket that was extremely poor in quality and very misleading compared to the photos and description shown on their website. I ended up buying another jacket from Target for a much cheaper price, with significantly better quality.

If Trustpilot allowed photo attachments, I would gladly share pictures comparing the item advertised on their website with what I actually received.

The delivery tracking information they provided did not work. When I contacted customer service, instead of addressing my tracking query, they simply apologised for the delayed delivery a few days later and avoided answering my concern regarding the tracking details.

I have now requested a refund and return label and am currently awaiting their response.

The price of the item was better than anywhere else I had seen it. The company has good tevirws

I ordered a pair of shoes in size 41 . After a delay in arriving - I received a size 43!! After numerous emails back and forth, The size I ordered was no longer in stock .
In the end I had to choose something else. I settled on a black jacket ..
the quality is not great . Looks very cheap.

Absolute worst quality dress I have ever purchased in my life (and I am not exaggerating!). I waited well over 3 weeks for delivery and when it arrived, it almost fell apart when I took it out of the box, in addition to dropping about 5kg’s of glitter all over my floor. The dress was nothing like the dress advertised and when I tried it on, the ‘bling’ decoration on the dress almost cut my skin to pieces. The make of the dress was also so poor it felt like it would fall apart if worn form more than a hour. The dress image advertised a full shirt of feathers. What turned up was a dress with 7 clumps of feathers stuck in a few spots on the front of the dress skirt. There was also no tags on the dress at all. I contacted the company who only offered a 10% refund- said it was ‘personal preference’ that I didn’t like the item!!! Then when I refused this offer, they offered me a 15% refund and keep the dress, or receive a full refund if I paid to send it back to China (yes, China, even thought they advertise being Adelaide based) and also cover additional costs for them to accept the item back after inspection!!!! Financially, that wasn’t worth it and I assume that these type of situations are what keeps this company going!

Very simple website to navigate, pricing is excellent value and discounting is clear and transparent.

Ordered some jackets and the quality and sizing were very poor. I requested a refund and now they are refusing despite what their policy states. Emails back and forth then offered 50% in good will! Now offering an exchange (which their policy states they don’t do!) or store credit (thank you but no thank you). Appalling service and below average products. Definitely not Australian. I WOULDN’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM IF YOUR STILL DECIDING.

After waiting 2 weeks for my item. It certainly was nothing like what was advertised on the website. It was not the same colour, the quality was absolutely disgraceful, it didn't even have tags on it not even a label with washing instructions. Very poor quality. I am currently waiting to hear from them in regards to a refund. I will not be ordering from them again.
