The shoes I bought were a big special purchase for myself and I was really looking forward to them. The quality of the leather is high but after wearing them for 7 nonconsecutive times the sole split down the side of the left shoe.

Upon emailing the company, I was told to give them cobbler who would fix them and I could send them a receipt for it to refund. Honestly compared to other companies in the same price bracket, they would have offered to resole or replace the shoes, it had been 2 days past the one month warranty that I sent the email.

Make sure if you are buying from this brand to know that faults like this, are according to the language of the email they sent, not uncommon.

Everything else including the promptness of their emails was good, and the leather and everything else apart from the soles were good.

This Company far exceeds excellence. To have a company genuinely care about their customers is a rarity. Solovair I give you 5 stars and beyond for the quality products you deliver and the excellent customer service I always receive. You go way beyond most companies and I thank you for the care you have given me.

Not even wearing the shoe for a week and the flap ripped off. I suppose this can happen (although it should not for a 220€ boot) but not even receiving a reply from their customer service is beyond disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

Had to do a last minute exchange as I missed the returns label email in my junk inbox. Viv in the costumer service team was brilliant she not only advised me to put in a new order so the gift would arrive by Christmas but also went out of her way to make sure it was in the couriers hand same day! She processed my return same day and gave me a barcode so I didn't have to go searching for a printer. Honestly one of the most postive costumer service experiences I've ever had. Takes special kind of team to care as much as they did to help like this! Will definitely be buying from here again.

i have had some sizing issues and shipping back and forth from the US to the UK was a challenge, but solovair made the process incredibly simple (and FAST). Viv was incredibly helpful and understanding, as i wanted an exchange instead of a straight return for a different pair of boots. she took care of it swiftly and simply. very much appreciated!

Nous avons renvoyé 3 fois la paire de chaussures pour des defauts de couture et des défauts incroyables pour ce prox au niveau des semelles, comme si elles avaient pris des coups de ponceuse hasardeux tout le tour...
Très déçu.
Au bout du 3eme renvoi nous avons abandonné.
La même mauvaise finition à chaque fois.
A plus de 200euros la paire c'est inadmissible.
Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas mettre de photos avec l'avis. Vous auriez vu le mauvais travail

I bought a pair of boots back in May 2024 and have been thoroughly impressed with the comfort, look and durability of these!

Absolutely worth the slightly more expensive price point. They have dissapointingly split on the sides of one of the soles, but I am going to put this down to me not being careful and lazy with how I take them off. Lesson learnt! Otherwise the wear after several hard months is almost none.

They sell replacement soles and fixing the boots was trivial.

Would definitely recommend to those who want footwear that is robust and reliable.

I bought these shoes Black Greasy 8 Eye Derby Boot for my son who had waited for a year now shoes were delivered but the company is so brash they sent factory second or B-Stock shoes. I recommend that you don't buy there......I am very disappointed that my son received B category shoes....buy carefully.......

It's rare to find such a good customer service on an ecom retailer. Not only the customer service is super reactive but they were also extremely helpful. Thanks Viv for your support.

Well - Put my old boots on in preparation for a Christmas trip, to find they were broken and unwearable (not bought from here!) . . . With being a 6ft women in a size 10 it’s not easy to get boots locally to fit and certainly not at short notice, and as my trip was less than a week away I was in a panic! Spoke to Lee on the chat, and after ordering the Merlot Vegan 6 Eye Astronaut Boot - he was able to speak to the warehouse to help my delivery go more swiftly. I placed the order on Tuesday evening and the boots arrived Thursday morning! They fit like a glove and I’m delighted with them, but more so the fabulous customer service. I can’t wait to wear them for my Christmas trip and have them admired! Thank you Lee for all your help! Amazing!

Purchased Black Greasy 8 Eye Derby Boot in US size 13 (I normally wear 13.5 Wide but website indicated the boots normally run a little larger than other companies. Once they arrived I realized I should have ordered a size 14. The exchange process simple and shipping was free even though I live in the US. I am thrilled with my new boots - they fit perfectly! The craftsmanship is everything I was expecting. My new problem is restraining myself from purchasing more boots!

Nachdem DM eine Hipstermarke geworden ist und miese Qualität hat bin ich auf Solovair umgestiegen. Top Qualität, Top Leder- made in England. In der Fabrik wurden übrigens frühere die Docs gefertigt…. Einzig die Verarbeitung der Lasche an der Naht nervt. Wie kann man die so konzipieren, dass diese sich nach vorne umschlägt beim anziehen und dann auf den Fuß drückt? Mit nem Anziehtrick, die Lasche wieder zurückzubiegen geht’s…
Das wären 5 Sterne gewesen.

Ich habe versucht die Schuhe zurückzugeben, weil sie zu klein waren. Allerdings wurde es abgelehnt, da ich die Schuhe anprobiert habe und dadurch sind sie nicht mehr ungetragen.
Danke für nichts...

Zusatz: also leider haben die Schuhe falten bekommen als ich die Bänder zugezogen habe, daher sind sie wohl nicht mehr ungetragen. Also Schuhe nur noch offen anprobieren - Check!
Und keine Ahnung wie die Fußbetten verschmutzt sein sollten, bei mir kamen die genauso an...

The returns process was needlessly complex, and requires too much paperwork and instructions - they’d need to change providers to one that is easier to use before I consider shopping from them again.

Really supportive company. Customer service is amazing. Fantastic quality boots, I love them. Looking forward to my new pair arriving 😊
