Very good products ,good value ,and prompt service .

The experience I had with this company was second to none.
I was dealing with a very efficient and professional team regarding my situation.
I needed a cell booster that would cover the entire house due to poor connectivity in the area.
They have performed measurements before they arrived to the house so they knew exactly what was needed for me.
Frank and his team was super fast and knowledgeable when installing the cell booster which is working perfectly. He also assisted me with my internet connection throughout the house which is now super fast.
I can only recommend Novatel, they are quick, efficient, professional and the product they are offering is top quality.

Hi there,
We have a Teltonika RUT955, which we were having trouble connecting to a Spanish SIM card.
Patrick from Novatel Main Street, Buttevant, Co. Cork P51KO66 Ireland, patiently took us through the steps and stayed on the phone with us until we got connected.
We were really impressed with his positive attitude, teaching us about the router and making the experience totally stress free.

Great personal service from an Irish company that cares about its customers

I requested information regarding an item I was interested in and received a very informative response with other recommendations. Also received email from Sharon who was also very helpful. I will certainly be purchasing from Novatel Communications again.

I can not speak highly enough of this company. Firstly they have helped me to massively improve my internet speed when no other company could (rural Ireland!). Secondly, their customer service is outstanding. They have helped with support and queries beyond what could ever be expected of them. Highly recommended!

First of all, someone (Sharon) answered the phone immediately: Do you know how rare that is these days?

I had access to all the sales info and pricing up front, and there was an engineer (Frank) that came on the phone for any tech information that was need.

There and then, they went online, checked my house location (via eircode) found the nearest apropriate telephone mast, sent me a map of where the mast is so I could check line of sight, and I was sorted, all in ten minutes.

You see, this is the type of both friendly and professional service that people would pay for without hesitation.
