Excellent advice / delivery times / aftersales service
Highly recommend Novatel in Buttevant. Office staff are very knowledgeable. Ordered a TCR100 cellular router just before Christmas and arrived the next day. The power adapter for the router was missing and although the office was closed for the holidays my email was answered, and a replacement was arranged and delivered the following day. Excellent aftersales service. Thanks again.

WBOFFSET Mast for Starlink
Ordered WBOFFSET mast 'Designed To Mount Starlink'. Shipping and service was good, but the mast is not as advertised. The design is practical at a glance, but the metal is thin and weak. It likely wont survive outdoors unsheltered for long. Our biggest issue is it is most certainly not designed for Starlink, quite the opposite. The Startlink pole adapter requires a pole diameter significantly larger. 1-2hrs of modifications were required to fit the adapter.

Exactly the shop I was looking for
Excellent shop with exactly the tech I need for my projects and small business needs. I operate a small telecom service and require signalling devices over GPRS and SMS to connect with Linux servers and Novatel have everything. Sharon in the shop is extremely helpful and was a delight to deal with. We are very lucky to have a supplier of this specialised technology in Ireland.

Highly recommend Novatel in Buttavant. They had my GSM repeater accessories in stock, which were marked as shipped within an hour and I recieved them the next day. Very impressive. Stockist of quality Irish made Stelladoradus & Poynting products.
One suggestion would be to remove the old Covid 19 warnings from your website...

Last time I phoned for an appointment 2 years ago I was told the appointment only system was over, so it's surely done with now.
