Was looking for some techy stuff that I didn't know was available in Ireland. Came across the website by mistake. Phoned, call was answered straight away and spoke to Sharon who talked me through exactly what I needed to know. Great service, great value, local business... it's the full package and support is superb also in the event of any issues. Look no further for your communication needs in Ireland.

Fast delivery service and quality product

I ordered a mobile repeater and antenna separately to update my existing system as our ESB smart reader requires a signal to report our solar exports. With each order, I received a phone call from Novatel checking that I have the other parts and compatible cable connectors for what I've purchased. Both orders arrived 1 and 2 days later and came very well packed.

I bought 4G antennas from Novatel in the past and they came next day from what I recall. I have not had any issue with anything I ordered, so have no experience having to deal with a return or exchange. Then again, it is rare to encounter any supplier double-check what one is ordering to avoid having to exchange something or order extra parts.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and everything arrived right on time. What stood out the most was their attention to the customer, the team is very friendly, responsive, and professional.

Good local company. Antenna and booster was exactly as expected.
They delivered to the billing address instead of delivery address and I had to arrange collection. They acknowledged their mistake.
Not thrilled to wait almost 2 weeks to get the booster because they delivered to the wrong address.
I would collect from the shop to avoid any possible freak accident in the future - do think it was a freak accident

Happy with the antenna we got. Our internet has been consistently fast and reliable. TV streaming is glitch free.

Contacted Sharon in Novatel looking for advice as my 5 year old router had stopped working. She was extremely patient and helpful while troubleshooting with me and when this proved unsuccessful she suggested I send the router to her so she could investigate further.
