Awful communication
Awful communication with me for the delivery of a wedge I brought. I had to chase them to ask when my order would arrive for them to say when I brought the item it was off sale which the website didn’t state at the time.
I had to chase again to find out when it would be delivered to receive a very underwhelming reply.
From purchase to delivery was over two weeks.
Sorry but not good enough service.

Good company using poor delivery medium
The sale was great unfortunately the delivery was nowhere near up to scratch i wasn't available on the day of delivery and the item turned up a week later . Nordica golf great the delivery from ups awful

It would have been 5 stars had it not been for the delivery company,UPS must be the most annoying delivery company going.

It was not sent since the customer changed the product on the order to a product on backorder.
The customer placed an order for a stiff shaft and sent us an email the same day asking us to change it to reg-flex which we did but this shaft was on backorder for 1-2 weeks. The customer then contacted us 1 week later and asked us to cancel the order which we did the day after.

Truly awful experience
Truly awful experience. Customer service is non-existent . I rang he number on their web site and it is a Solar Panel Company trying to sell you solar panels for your home. I ordered 3 shafts 2 weeks ago and everything was as described , product and delivery. Increased my order to complete the full set 5 shafts last week, no communication , when I pressed on the matter via email I got a shipping number and it showed they did nothing for 4 days from the day of my order, yet they promise 3/4 days to deliver. The package is now frozen in time , with no exact date for delivery.

I can't see which product you have ordered since I dont have your order number. But if you buy an assambled shaft with adapter and grip or custom fitted golf clubs we need to assable it before it can be sent which takes 2-3 days normally. This information is also written on our site. Normally we send all orders the day after on weekdays the delivery is then 3-4 weekdays.

I ordered a shaft for my driver and received it. However, I brought the wrong one so needed to send it back.
I sent this back on the 10/06/2023 and still haven’t received my refund !! I have emailed multiple times and have not received an email back.

Ordered a golf club from Nordica who…
Ordered a golf club from Nordica who accepted my money despite knowing it was out of stock. They failed to answer my email asking for update. They answered once I complained through paypal telling me item was still out of stock and were expecting more soon.
Not a way to run a business. I cancelled my order and eventually got a refund, therefore I would not recommend them on this basis.

If you order a product that is on backorder we display the stock status with a estimated delivery time on the product page, cart and in the order confirmation. Normally it can take 1-4 weeks to get it in stock but some shafts can also be delayed from the manufactorer in high season when the demand is higher then normal. Customers can cancel their order at any time and our customer serive replies within 48h on weekdays.

Sceptical as to if I will get my item
Was a bit sceptical after ordering due to other reviews on here. BUT I Ordered an acer flipper. Yes it took a few more days to despatch as its the start of nice weather. Turned up few days after due date but was not in a hurry. Excellent club well packaged. and excellent quality very impressed.
