In my opinion I find that Nordica Golf are simply not interested in ensuring deliveries are timely. I accept that the customer is responsible for the impact of their own choices, but Nordica seem content to “use” the customers choice to “cover” what becomes a very unpredictable and lengthy delivery process!
They may be “competitively priced” but “cheap is not always cheerful”!!

I ordered three wedge shafts from NordicaGolf, specifically choosing them because they’re a European supplier and listed the items as in stock. I placed the order well in advance of a golf trip, expecting smooth delivery.

It’s now been several days with no tracking info, no dispatch confirmation, and no response to multiple chaser emails over four days. I even reached out via WhatsApp and Instagram — still nothing.

At this point, I’m forced to consider a chargeback just to protect myself.

It’s extremely disappointing, and judging by recent reviews here, I’m not the only one experiencing this pattern. If you’re under any time pressure, I’d strongly recommend avoiding them.

Avoid Nordica Golf,scam artists. I ordered a black putter shaft from Nordica golf on May 21st. 2 weeks later on 4th June an empty box was delivered to my house. The top of the box had been cut off and was missing so I would assume it has been stolen somewhere during the delivery. But I have sent 3 emails to Nordica golf now and they have all been ignored. Avoid this company!

I should have read the reviews before ordering my new bag. Listed as in stock. Chased up delivery and was provided with a tracking number that states label created. 2 days later and still no further. No email response either! I’m guessing due to now being listed and an increases price ! Il be asking the bank to step in and recover my funds

Ordered a garmen approach R10 on 10 May. This was intended for a birthday gift on 18 May so I paid an extra £25 for a 48hour delivery. Item has not arrived and tracker link shows that the order has been received but nothing else.
I've emailed the company a number of times only to receive the same automated response with no change to the tracking status.
My order confirmation says nothing about back orders stock and the website says the product is in stock and is shipped within 48hours.
Can't leave a review on the website until they send a link for me to access.
I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before ordering.
Very poor service and I would not recommend NordicaGolf.

Received an email response from NordicaGolf apologising for the delay. Issue was that part of my order was out of stock and the order was on hold awaiting stock. Asked for my order to be cancelled and for reimbursement. NordicaGolf confirmed by email that my order was cancelled and I would receive refund within 5 working days. Full refund received after 2 working days.

Nothing in my order confirmation said that items were out of stock so that was disappointing but happy to have received a speedy refund. Thank you NordicaGolf. rating changed from 1 star to three stars.

Absolute charlatans, avoid at all costs. Been ordering golf equipment online for 25 years+ and these are the worst people I have dealt with. Ordered item and had to constantly reach our for updates, only to be palmed off with nonsense. Quoting mid May delivery for something ordered at start of April and their website still said items are stock, when I know that they aren't. Once cancelled I ordered from somewhere else and got it next day!

Upon reading other reviews I am even more concerned now, £25 for next day delivery on a golf bag which is meant to be delivered today, I emailed, asking where my order might be since I’ve not even received a ‘dispatched’ email, they sent me a tracking link via an automated email, and upon further investigation they have simply listed it as ‘confirmed’. Why offer next day delivery (at such atrocious prices nevertheless) to not be able to fulfil it?
I have emailed to no reply… of course.
Now I’m just worried I have been scammed out of £200 and no bag for my golf trip this weekend! Do avoid at all costs, there’s far better websites, I wish I could just cancel my order!
I didn’t realise in this day and age there were still such atrocious companies running.

No, I’m not David and the order still hasn’t been delivered.

Maybe if you checked the email inbox you provide, you will see there are various emails asking for an update on delivery.

In response to your latest reply, what is the delay with dispatching the goods? Why does the tracking info not contain a valid update? Regardless of any of the above issues you claim, you should still have shipped the order.
Hiding behind the facts when you have been provided with an email address and order number.

nordicagolf is a company where everything goes wrong every time.
Ordered twice and the first time it took 2 weeks before I received my order. the second time I paid €6 extra for fast delivery between 2/3 days. However, it is not stated on the site that they also charge 48 hours of packing time and now I have to wait longer than a week even though I paid extra. this is pure cheating for extra money in my eyes. don't order here!! and if you then send an email you will receive a rude answer in return.

Ordered a replacement shaft for my driver.
Despatched the next day and arrived well boxed a couple of days later. Could not ask for more.

Take your money and don’t send the goods, then after 5 weeks of trying to contact them they don’t respond

I ordered and paid for a club mid Feb. Still haven’t received the club. I have had no communication and they have stopped replying to my emails. Basically they have stolen £135 from me!

Worst customer service ever! They sent me wrong product (wrong size impact screen and i have ordered right one, they just sent me wrong) and now they refuse to answer my emails or my calls!! How the f*** is this company still running??

When i ordered the original item it was listed as being in stock and deliverable in approx 3 to 4 days.

Tracking suggested a certain date and i enquired further on this to be told the item was not actually in stock and might be a further 1 to 2 weeks.

At this point i asked for the order to be cancelled due to the delay. I did not receive a response and chased 2 more times. I have still not had a response.

This is disappointing and looking back at reviews there seems to be a theme of poor communication and inaccurate stock positions when selling to people.

Update. Approx 72 hours after the first request, the Co has responded and cancelled.

The shipping time is very slow said 2-3 work days and ended up being 7!

I ordered a wedge on 6th February and still haven't received it.
I am going to portugal soon to play golf so wanted the wedge before I went.
They have taken he money but no wedge.
Do not buy anything from this place they are useless.

Brilliant all round, great service and price highly recommended.
