Professionalism...
I had a really pleasant experience with Nicchia Luxury.
The communication was friendly, personal and genuinely kind from the very beginning. They were not just interested in making a sale, but actually took the time to read my preferences and give personal recommendations based on the fragrances I enjoyed.
I ordered several Carthusia samples, and I was also very pleasantly surprised by the extra sample they included as a gift. It was a lovely gesture and made the whole experience feel much more personal.
The samples arrived safely and were well prepared, and I really appreciate the opportunity to discover so many fragrances before deciding which ones deserve a place in my collection.
A special thank you to the Nicchia Luxury team for their kindness and for taking the time to reply to my message personally. It is clear that there is a small and passionate team behind the company, and that makes a difference.
I will definitely be coming back to explore more fragrances in the future.
Highly recommended!

Fast delivery and everything arrived perfectly packed. Each sample appears to be an original manufacturer sample in its individual packaging, and I also received a complimentary BI sample which was on point with my preferancces. Once I’ve tested everything and decided on a fragrance, I’ll definitely come back to order the full bottle from them.
