Kundendienst reagiert auf GAR NICHTS

Scento hat zu Beginn einen ordentlichen Eindruck gemacht. Das wars dann aber auch schon. Meine erste Bestellung einer Parfümprobe kam undicht bei mir an. Der Flakon war schmierig, das Parfüm läuft heraus, sobald das Fläschchen mal nicht horizontal steht und anhand anderer Bewertungen sieht man, dass das nicht zum ersten Mal passiert ist. Es ist also ein bekanntes Problem, gegen das einfach nichts unternommen wird. Ich habe den Kundendienst per Mail kontaktiert. Als ich nach einigen Tagen keine Antwort erhielt, schrieb ich eine zweite Mail, wieder keine Antwort. Der Kundendienst-Chat funktionert auch nicht. Ich schrieb eine dritte Mail, diesmal mit dee Kündigung meines Abonnements und erhielt bis dato wieder keine Antwort. Auch eine vierte Mail blieb unbeantwortet. Ich finde es absolut unverschämt und es macht mich wütend, dass man hier problemlos bestellen und bezahlen kann, aber keinerlei Kundendienst verfügbar ist, geschweige denn auf Kündigungen reagiert. Mir wird wohl nichts anderes übrig bleiben als eine Kündigung per Einschreiben zu schicken. Das war das erste und das letzte Mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe und ich rate dringend davob ab hier irgendwas zu kaufen.

Didn't get my order and any answers from support...

I ordered 4 profumes and after 4 days the order was not processed. I wrote to the support and got now answer. I then went through PayPal protection program who gived me a full refund.

There are several well-documented factors that influence how a fragrance performs from a decant. The first 5 to 8 sprays from any new atomiser clear residual traces from the tube and spray mechanism, which can temporarily diminish both the scent profile and its lasting power. Smaller atomiser heads also disperse fragrance differently than full-size spray heads, which can affect perceived projection and duration. Additionally, longevity is significantly influenced by skin chemistry, hydration levels, and ambient temperature — applying to well-moisturised skin and pulse points generally yields the best performance.

Customer service is non-existent

It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and there have been no updates, even though the company states the processing time is 1-2 business days and delivery should occur from 2 to 5 business after processing on their website. I tried to contact the company about this twice via email and still did not get a response. Can't say anything about the product but this is some of the worst customer service that I encountered.

Regarding the longevity of your fragrances: all our products are sourced exclusively from authorised European distributors with full batch traceability.
