Insted put proper info- this is fragnance OUT OF STOCK like many high end boutique do - this is guys still show this is fragnance in stock which is don't. Spent 3 week paid in full and nothing. They give me back refund, but still 3 weeks spent for nothing. Sad.

Peace of Mind
Hi,
I must say the shipment occurred relatively quickly and I was happy to have found another supplier. However my shipment was lost. FedEx has confirmed this to me. In dealing with Customer Service - who have always been polite - I’m told I need to wait until FedEx responds directly to their claim. Which I can appreciate - however it does mean that 2 weeks after my product’s last scan, I still have no resolution. I would like to report since my last review and in seeing my frustration and disappointment, customer service got approval to process my refund for which I am grateful. They showed flexibility and addressed my concern even if outside of their customary process. That definitely brings peace of mind to any transaction.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review and share how the situation was resolved.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the lost FedEx shipment. While carrier investigations normally require an official response before we can proceed, we understand how disappointing it is to wait without a clear resolution.
Your peace of mind matters to us, which is why our team reviewed your case and arranged a refund without waiting for the investigation to conclude.
We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and recognition of our customer service team's efforts. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.

Excellent
