No ability to speak to a person on the phone. Emailed them 5 days ago - no response. Instigated on an online chat @ 9am on a Tuesday morning (i.e. within normal working hours) and it took 40 mins for a response. What kind of Mickey Mouse business is this?!!

Shocking company - DO NOT USE! 48hrs delivery advertised on items is a complete lie. They’ll take your order (the only reason I used them was because they said they had a oven in stock which was 10/15% dearer than other suppliers but I was willing to to pay the extra to get it quickly) and then try and dropship it from a more reputable supplier about 2 weeks later (which is what said reputable supplier advertises as delivery on their own site!)
They then refuse to let you cancel (even though it’s not been shipped and they’ve lied about delivery times) or if you do cancel they’ll charge 25% restocking fee - on something that’s not even in stock with them!! A JOKE OF A COMPANY!
Even after refusing delivery they then don’t refund you - I feel like I’ve had a run-in with a certain Mr Turpin!

The price was cheaper than the other website!! So I can buy another thing! Big save

Helpful chat tool confirmed finish spec and colour of the chairs before we ordered. Presuming the info is correct we will be very happy with our purchase!

Ordered and paid for a new prep fridge over a month ago - still no sign of it. When emailing to chase it up told not to contact them again for at least 5 days as it slows their processing time down - starting to think I've been scammed!? If not, very slow and poor customer service so far.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
I have never had such a bad experience trying to buy anything online. I ordered and then cancelled my order on the same day - falsely led to believe that the item was in stock and could be delivered quickly (not be fooled by the business name). I was then told the cancellation would incur a 5% charge - to cover their admin (I cancelled within 3 hours, dispatch wasn’t likely to happen for another 7-9 days!) and refund would take up to 14 days. 4 weeks later and I haven’t received a penny back - they have basically stolen my money and there is literally no way to contact them and actually speak to someone. I have emailled several times and also tried to go through “live” online chat. NOTHING!!!
Seriously avoid.

Needed an autofill water boiler.
Website was very easy to negotiate.
All of my questions were answered in the description. Pictures were clear and you can enlarge which is always helpful.
Price seems very fair.

Very slow on delivery although they charge for delivery.

I would give zero stars if I could.

I placed an order with Next Day Catering and, after taking my payment, the communication has been absolutely unacceptable.

I have emailed them and sent messages, but I have received no proper response. There is no clear information about where my order is, when it will be dispatched, or when I can actually expect delivery. Nobody seems to be available to give a straight answer.

The whole experience has been confusing and extremely stressful. When you are spending a significant amount of money on catering equipment, you expect basic customer service, clear communication and accurate delivery information. Unfortunately, I have received none of these.

At this point, I genuinely feel that ordering from this company puts your money at risk because once they have taken your payment, getting information or support appears to be extremely difficult.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. I certainly would not use them again.

Terrible communication. No clear delivery information. No proper customer support. Very disappointing experience.
