This is one of the worst company of appliances suppliers .
Have bought a polar ice maker , not worked for a second . Emailed them ( as there is no way you can talk to An agent ) .
The customer service is 0 to none , first reply I have received after 3 days , currently I am waiting for the 2 nd reply they claiming would take max 48 hours for a reply , it has passed 48 hours no reply whatsoever .
STAY AWAY , Do not buy from this company’s

I ordered Friday at 4pm as the website states if ordered before 5pm it would be same-day dispatch and would be delivered Monday
Monday comes along, no tracking, no order update, tried to use the live chat but the ai bot couldn't find my order, randomly someone joined and said it would be delivered Tuesday, not great but I settled for Tuesday delivery

Tuesday comes along, no tracking, no order update, nothing. Ai bot still can't find my order on the system, after a few attempts on the live chat throughout the day someone randomly joined again and said they don't know a delivery date

Today is now Wednesday, after saying I wanted a refund I was given tracking that says it's coming Thursday! Absolutely not next day catering, forget what you see as a delivery date when you purchase as that's a load of rubbish

I absolutely will NEVER order again. I have proof of everything and will be taking this further

Easy website to use

I ordered a freezer and received a tracking number that did not work.

I then received a notification stating it had been delivered, when it had not. I contacted DX Logistics who advised they could not share delivery details and that I would have to contact the provider directly.

Communication from the company was non-existent throughout. After four days, the item was eventually delivered with no apology or explanation.

It appears to be a dropshipping operation. I would strongly advise avoiding this company and recommend purchasing direct from a supplier like Nisbets instead. Please Avoid this company

SMOOTH PROCESS. HOPING FOR THE BEST

They took the order and the money. Never replied to many emails, webchat, etc. More than 2 weeks now with no a single communication, and about to instruct solicitor. For your own good, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Easy to order, arrived in time & a great product as described.

Placed an order of over a thousand pounds of equipment. They took the payment and then couldn't find the order. Would not answer customer service emails nor calls. When we cancelled the payment with the bank they then told us they were dispatching the item and wanted us to pay a cancellation fee. Which we of course did not. Absolutely awful company and will never use again. Strongly advice others to read the reviews and avoid this terrible company.
