Hi I ordered some something they they say 2 too 4 days Dilivery it’s been take one week past the week it’s been two weeks still I didn’t get my order

absolute garbage 3 weeks on still the same old stupid response
they wanted us to open and assemble as soon as we got it .. we are a small buzy cafe ( and the instructions were in gibberish ) and didn't need the unit till easter as soon as we assembled it n found faulty doors we contacted them but because it wasn't in 24 hours basically they say tuff ..... so do not use them they are a rip off

DO NOT FALL INTO CHEAP PRICES!!
After sale service is very POOR, even you received an equipment and if faulty you are chasing, chasing, chasing!! NO RESPONSE!

Never buy from them , you will waste your money . I bought ice cream machine and commercial blender from them both stopped working . Rude staff with no knowledge

id give it zero if I could brought a cake display cabinet from them couple weeks ago when I assembled it 3 days later ( instruction in gibberish also ) the doors were faulty!!
despite sending video they requested of the fault . they say it should of been reported in 24 hours very hard considering it was still in box
despite numerous attempts to contact them it all falls on deaf ears we now are 200 pound out of pocket n a cake cabinet that can't be used !!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE COMPANY
I am extremely dissatisfied with the products and service provided by KRD Catering Equipment.
I purchased two display fridges for my business, both of which have proven to be defective. One unit was delivered in an unacceptable and visibly poor condition, raising immediate concerns about quality control. The second unit failed completely within a matter of weeks, which is wholly unacceptable for newly purchased commercial equipment.
Equally concerning is the lack of adequate customer support. I made repeated attempts over three days to contact the company, experiencing delays and a clear lack of responsiveness. When I finally received a response, I was informed that I would need to arrange and pay for my own technician, as they claim the issue is not covered under warranty.
This position is both unreasonable and unacceptable. Supplying faulty goods and then refusing to take responsibility undermines basic consumer rights and demonstrates a serious disregard for after-sales obligations.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend KRD Catering Equipment. I strongly urge the company to review its quality control processes and customer service standards.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to select one to leave a review!
3 months in on a brand new pizza prep fridge and the compressor stops working, claim under the 12 month warranty and get told to jump through hoops before they will entertain an outcome.
Still waiting on emails and call backs but not holding my breath. Disgusting customer service, disgusting company and really disappointed with the lack of communication and support from this company.

Worst company ever
Purchase 3 fryers and they sent me wrong item
Now they refuse to refund me.
Shocking behaviour I hope they go bankrupt!

The product was good as expected quality and delivery time was perfect

I did not received my order until now

I bought a convection oven from these cowboys and it literally just burns everything… I had an electrician look at it and there wasn’t a fault therefore they are just made really poorly….

They wouldn’t refund me and did not help at all… I’ve wasted £700 and I can’t resell it because I have a conscience… if only these guys did too.

Very bad quality would give zero star if possible.
Everything feels very tinny.
Can you supply me with return instructions asap.

PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY THERE SELLING SECOND HAND GOODS BAIN MARIE LEAKING AND THEY JUST DONT CARE 300 POUNDS WASTED THIS COMPANY NEEDS INVESTIGATING AVOID

Fast delivery

One of gantry order is missing one of screw fittings and the microwave is lots of dent.. I'm not really happy but I don't want to call them back because I know it will be long process. Hope this will sort out! To benefits other customer in the future..

Equipment arrived not working correctly. Customer support was awful. They don’t respond and have refused to replace the equipment. Now going to small claims court.
