Difficult to rate because the product is perfect but it took 6 days to deliver but nevertheless I’m very happy with the product

Avoid at all costs!!!
Ordered a table with 5-7 working days delivery. After 8 days I contacted to ask where it was, heard nothing
Next day I contact again, heard nothing
On Friday at 3pm I got an email saying it was damaged and I have options for a replacement or refund. I was told the item will be put on hold until they heard back from me.
I emailed back late Friday saying I want a refund. So I then ordered from a different company and had to pay extra for quick delivery as it was now 2 weeks after my original order.
Come Monday I get an email saying that my order has been dispatched (even though I said I will accept a refund and most importantly I was told the product has been put on hold) and no surprise here but I heard nothing back
On Tuesday the product was dropped off with no invoice or anything to say it was from this company (I asked the delivery driver and he said it was the new table I ordered)
When I opened it I saw it was the wrong table and immediately contacted to see what was going on, and of course I heard nothing back for 2 days. Just finally received an email saying it was”why did you accept the delivery?”. Nothing to say sorry, nothing to offer a solution, nothing to say what they are doing next. I of course explained the situation that the delivery driver identified the product wrong.
So here we are 3 weeks on from the original order date. I now have an extra table sat in the middle of the room waiting to be collected.
Long story short don’t order from them, as all previous reviews explain you can’t get hold of them, they don’t do anything to help and customer service is rubbish

Stay away we ordered a cooler for our cellar and it came 8 days late we couldn’t get a reply from them,we sent an email cancelling the item as we needed to get one asap it was during the heatwave which we did they delivered it anyway which we refused and they charged us almost £300 the item was only £560 they’re scammers xx

First the delivery took over two weeks instead of 3-5 working days. There is no way of tracking. When the item finally arrived, it appeared used already and not brand new. Live chat bot was absolutely useless and always looped the same message to email customer service. I sent maybe 5 emails, all of them ignored, never got a reply. There was no ways of phone customer support. I finally got a reply from contact us form on their website, they made it imposible return, wanted to charge 25% restocking fee, then disputed my claim in every way possible. I wanted to go our credit card provider and start coorporate chargeback, but our company structure would have made it very hard. I ended up selling privately for about 80% of the original price. Will never use again. Its not just product and prices, but customer service is equally important. In this case the customer service let your company down. Bear that in mind if you want to order anything from this dodgy company.

I found exactly what I needed, at a good price compared with other similar items I had viewed online. Also useful to have a fast delivery service as I need the items for a specific time.

UPDATE** 3 weeks since initial review and this issue is still not resolved. Despite contacting both directors, chasing down customer service for updates i've still received ZERO apology for this despite the item being delivered damaged by shoddy packaging and transport. I would spend your money elsewhere, absoltely shambolic customer service.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have...Far from "Next Day"—once they have your money, the service drops off a cliff. We received a £980 commercial chargrill that arrived damaged in transit. When reported, we were advised to install it anyway. Upon professional installation, it immediately tripped our kitchen's power.

It has now been weeks of endless chasing, zero apologies, ignored emails, and zero accountability. I’ve had to pay electrician fees twice for a unit that has never worked, and it’s currently sitting disconnected in our kitchen while customer service ignores collection requests. Truly sub-standard post-purchase support. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

Found Next Day Catering through a google search. Found the site easy to navigate and that it gave all relevant information to let me make a choice of products.The prices were very competitive and I couldn’t find the item any cheaper elsewhere. Was pleased when I checked out to find there wasn’t a delivery charge.

Product was delayed which affected our business and we could not contact them in any way as they didn't reply to any emails. Product arrived damaged which was extremely disappointing. Would give 0 stars if possible

Easy to navigate, competitive prices, fast delivery

Everything seemed fairly straightforward and plenty of info about the product. Also having looked at other similar products the price was very reasonable. One question can I buy other shelves?

I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy from this company. You all need to stay well clear of them. They are not contactable by telephone. You go on live chat and despite providing your information, they can't find your order. They tell you to email customer services, you email and no one responds. And they certainly DO NOT issue refunds or replacements for damaged goods despite you providing photos. They take your money and then there's no customer service after. A shocking company run badly.

Terrible service. Ordered 2 items together, 1 arrived after a week, the 2nd one still hasn’t arrived after 3 WEEKS. Zero communication, you can’t even phone them to get an explanation. The chat service is a complete waste of time. Avoid.
