It was easy to find what I wanted and easy to order as well. I would have preferred if I could pay with Amex so I could get points off such a big purchase but no worries at all. Also, it doesn’t show what the warranty is without paying for the five year extra warranty.

I placed an order with this company. I never heard from them, they didn't respond to emails, calls or chats. I don't think they are still trading TBH.
I had to get my money back via the bank.

It's a great site in terms of the products but once you click off a product you have to go right back to the beginning of the list.

Excellent service

It was very easy to look and browse items. Every items has product detailed specifications, that makes choosing options much easier. Prices are also reasonable and most importantly I got insurance for my product which is very rare to get. Highly recommend.

I used to work in catering and so enjoyed using these boards and the colour coded system that I’ve decided to purchase the whole set for home too. I looked high and low and found them on this site. It was easy to choose, great description and easy to check out and the best price is offered here too!
Looking forward to integrating them in our household.

Delivery of a commercial cooker was due today, I've been emailing and trying to do live chat and nobody replying and cooker never arrived. We are a business now with no cooker and no phone number is valid only email and online chat which is a robot replying. Now need to contact my bank to try and claim my money back. Will never use this company again

Horrendous experience. Ordered an oven which was never delivered. “Next day catering” you’d think that they’d deliver within a few days at least.

After a week, I sent an email to query the delivery. No reply. You cannot get through to someone on the phone either, so good luck trying to speak to someone if you need to make a warranty claim.

After weeks of emails and no replies, I had to resort to disputing it with my bank. Fortunately the bank reversed the charge.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We ordered a commercial refrigerator for our food service business, which took 10 days to deliver. To make matters worse, the unit arrived damaged and completely unusable.
A working refrigerator is vital for our daily operations and business safety. I sent a formal email to customer service immediately with photo evidence, explicitly explaining our urgent situation and requesting an immediate replacement or resolution. It has been almost a week, and nobody has bothered to respond, acknowledge the issue, or offer any assistance whatsoever. Absolute lack of responsibility, terrible post-purchase support, and zero respect for business customers. Save your time and money—go somewhere else!

I had a very disappointing experience with Nextday Delivery. I ordered an insulated food box that was supposed to arrive the next day, but it was delayed for a long time. After I emailed customer service asking for a refund, the box was eventually sent.

When it arrived, it appeared to be just the outer casing. It had a power switch, but there was no cable, and it did not keep the food warm. I also tried calling customer service, but nobody answered.

The whole experience has left me feeling misled, and I would not recommend this company.

EASY WEBSITE TO SEARCH

Absolutely shocking company and anybody thinking of purchasing from them please avoid like the plague. After I made a purchase the money is taking right away and I waited and waited for them to arrive after numerous emails to their so called customer service I am told a week later that the items where not in stock and I would have to wait a least another week for them to come back into stock. If you wanted to get something the Nextday forget it with this company. Maybe the should change their name to Whenever it Arrives . End of Rant

The ordering website seems decent, though mobile user interface can be improved

Paid for 48 hour delivery.
Delivery took longer than 48 hours.
Was VERY clear on their website that it would be 48 hours or less.

They will not give me a refund. It literally sucks.
Had to arrange somebody to help me with kerbside delivery + throw away fresh mill due to this.

Fuming.
Customer ops can't help at all - so only way it to write a complaint.

Going round in circles.

AVOID - will also make sure the group whatsapps I am in avoid also.
