Lovely showroom, nice welcoming atmosphere. We looked round this shop first the visited 4 other sofa shops and returned. These were the best quality and Ednan at Leeds was a superb salesman. Honest with no hidden agenda. Honestly the service and quality of product compared to others was second to none. We also liked that there is no hidden add ons, they come with warranty as standard and you can add on more if you want with no extra pressure.

I paid a £650 deposit for a Natuzzi sofa on 3 January 2026 and cancelled the order the very next day, within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I had made an error with the dimensions, and the store did not have a suitable alternative in the size I needed — otherwise I would have chosen another sofa.
No work had started, no materials were ordered, and no production had begun at the point of cancellation.
Despite this, I was refused a refund and simply referred back to “non-refundable” terms, with no evidence provided of any actual loss to justify retaining such a large sum.
My experience dealing with Mr Dhiren Taylor was extremely disappointing. There was no effort made to resolve the issue and no basic courtesy shown throughout.
Retaining £650 under these circumstances feels wholly unreasonable. I would strongly urge others to think very carefully before paying any deposit.

Purchase from Glasgow Uddingston store was quick and easy. Jamie was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.
