Non si riesce a parlare con l'azienda ma devi fare riferimento al rivenditore che continua a sostenere che non si tratta di problemi della pelle e negano la riparazione in garanzia! Sconsiglio vivamente....

I met Ady a few weeks ago while deciding on a replacement sofa. Ady was very professional and went above and beyond in narrowing down my options. I returned today and Ady remembered me and guided with final choice, fabrics etc. I have placed my order. I am happy with the customer care provided. I am happy to recommend Ady to family and friends. PS - I was more than happy to drive from Southgate rather than go to Brent Cross which is closest to me.

Great service, smooth, efficient, excellent communication. The delivery guys were very polite and quickly assembled my sofa. The experience was great from beginning to end and I would definitely recommend. The quality and workmanship of the sofa is second to none. I am really enjoying my sofa.

This is a last resort in an attempt to get someone to resolve an issue.
Two fabulous reclining chairs were delivered few months ago, cannot fault them.
The very knowledgeable delivery guys advised us to order two re chargeable power packs so we don’t have to have wires plugged into chairs, great idea.
I telephoned store in London and explained this so they ordered items which were posted to us, now we have these two black boxes which we don’t know what to do with, a friend came to help and turned chair over to look and was just as confused as us saying these are the same as what you already have?
We are at our wits end and exhausted trying to get this sorted, having moved house a week ago the added stress is so unnecessary and confusing as to why no one can resolve this issue?
Surely someone at natuzzi must be knowledgeable on the working of these chairs?
Despite the furniture being fabulous this has put me off ever buying from them again.
I shouldn’t be having to do somebody else’s job for them. Natuzzie you have let me down big time.

Was allowed to be left alone to pick and choose our sofa. When needed grant in leeds provided us with great knowledge and insight. Excellent service. Cant wait for it to arrive.

I ordered a custom Natuzzi sectional from Bayer’s of Boca Raton Florida, from a swatch of leather. When the sectional arrived the stenciling and color were wrong, Mr. Bayer’s told me there was a re-stocking fee and only offered a store credit for the difference. Bayer’s owes me 1500 dollars. Natuzzi would not stand by there mistake. DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM NATUZZI FROM BAYER’S!
