Don’t order from the UK!!!!!
My goodness me. What an unmitigated disaster this company is. Do not order from outside of the EU. I originally ordered size 9 uk size trainers in early august and they arrived after a couple of weeks and were toe-crushingly small. I don’t know what sizing they use but they were the equivalent of a 7.5 at best. I then had to pay £15 to return them along with completing the customs forms and pay for tracking to keep tabs of the process. Customs have now held my return for 6 weeks. Nae shoes have contacted me today telling me that customs may or may not release the return and may take a very long time to do so. The company have evidence of my return but refuse to issue a refund or send a larger size. It seems like that may well be about £60 out of pocket with absolutely nothing to show for it except hours wasted on chasing an absolutely ridiculous process. This company should make it VERY clear that no orders should be made from outside of the EU as they lack the systems to control these. They should also explain that their sizing is wrong and that their shoes come up 1 to 1.5 sizes small. I really can’t afford to lose £60 so I am absolutely gutted with this one.
The company has now replied to these concerns, unless I have misread it, with a lot of words which boil down to saying… we sent you badly sized shoes. You followed the return process as outlined on our website but customs have held it. This is out of our control, we will not give you a refund or exchange. You have lost your money’.

Cute, Well made, and Sustainable AF
The shoes are very well made and VERY cute. i can imagine them lasting me many years and going with many an outfit. The shipping experience was also solid. Things came to my door without a problem and relatively quickly, considering i live on the other side of the world. Additionally, NAE used almost no extra packaging to ship the shoes, which cut down on the waste immensely. Highly recommend. Would definitely buy from them again.

La forma del zapato es muy afilado
Me gusta la relación calidad-precio que tiene. Compré estas zapatillas principalmente por ser veganas, también por el medio ambiente.
No me gusta la forma de la zapatilla, es demasiado afinada en la puntera y me hace rozaduras en el dedo meñique al aplastármelo, personalmente me gustan los zapatos con la forma ligeramente más redondeada, que se adapte mejor al pie.

Hübsches Design, mittelmäßige Qualität
Hi, das Design fand ich super schön, allerdings war die Qualität der Schuhe nur mittelmäßig, obwohl kaum getragen hat sich der Kleber der die Sohle mit dem Rand verbindet teilweise gelöst. Man kann sie aber noch tragen.

Da unsere Kleber auf Wasserbasis sind, sind sie vielleicht nicht so stark wie andere Kleber, aber wir werden sehen, was wir in Zukunft tun können, um sie stärker zu machen, so dass du deine Sandalen sicher für eine lange Zeit tragen kannst 😉 .

the strap is too short
the sandals are comfortable but the strap is too short, It takes me longer to close the strap and it's a bit difficult, it could have a bit of more length, but when I close the strap then is all good.

Very efficient delivery. Delighted with the shoes, belt and purses I purchased. I had to return the belt as it was too small, but returning the item was straightforward, and was easily tracked on the courier website so I knew that NAE had received the belt.

Unproblematisch
Die ersten Schuhe, die ich bestellt hatte, waren leider zu klein. Der Umtausch war unproblematisch und die Ansprechpartner sehr freundlich. Die Schuhe sind bequem und sehen super aus! Das Beste ist aber, dass das Unternehmen auf Nachhaltigkeit achtet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Misleading shipping info
"Free shipping worldwide and 100 day returns" does not include the high price the customer is stuck paying if they need to return. I paid nothing to ship my shoes to the US but had to pay 35 euros just to ship them back because they were too big. I got the refund on the shoes but wasted over $35 usd on literally NOTHING (I decided to just return instead of exchanging for a smaller size since I no longer wanted to support the company). I would not have purchased in the first place if you had been transparent about your shipping policy.
Note: My experience was over a year ago but I just received an email to leave a review.

Unfortunately returns from outside the EU need to be payed by the customer has there are shipping and customs fees involved that Nae cannot control 🙁
I'm sorry if at any part we were not transparent, we have all the information about returning from outside the European Union on our website, including the part were we say that returns are to be payed by the customer, but if you think we could be even more transparent, please let us know and we'd be glad to improve on that 😉
Since you placed your order we have been in contact with the shipping companies to try to lower this value and we hope we can do this in the near future 🙏

Aumento dei prezzi vergognoso
AGGIORNAMENTO in seguito alla risposta:
Tutte belle chiacchiere che non cambiano la sostanza: che i prezzi siano raddoppiati lo posso dimostrare, dato che conservo ancora la fattura dell'acquisto nel 2017 di un paio di mocassini modello Diego, pagati 56€ + 9€ di spedizione. Ora quel modello non si trova più, gli unici mocassini in catalogo sul vostro sito sono modello Tango, che costano la bellezza di 128€. Quindi dire che non avete raddoppiato i prezzi è semplicemente negare l'evidenza.
Fatemi vedere un modello di mocassini sotto gli 80€, e può essere che acquisti ancora da voi.

Avevo acquistato un paio di scarpe tipo mocassini circa 6 anni fa, a un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: 65€ incluse spese di spedizione.
Recentemente, essendo ormai giunto il momento di cambiarle, ho visitato di nuovo il sito ma, non solo non ho più trovato quel modello, ma quello più simile ha un costo addirittura doppio rispetto ad allora!
Anche volendo considerare il recente aumento dell'inflazione, raddoppiare il prezzo in appena 6 anni non è minimamente giustificabile: sarebbe pura speculazione!
Se queste sono le politiche commerciali che hanno adesso, questo venditore per quanto mi riguarda è definitivamente cancellato: all'epoca avevo dovuto cercare fino in Portogallo per trovare delle scarpe vegan a un prezzo conveniente, ma a 120-130€ ne trovo dappertutto, e delle loro non so cosa farmene.
