1 Stern Abzug, weil die Reklamation sehr lange dauert. Aber hier wurde ich im Nachhinein aufgeklärt.

Very comfortable shoes, lovely look too! The only thing is that I find them to be a bit big (I ordered my usual size, 38, I am not in-between two sizes) - I guess I'll add insoles for extra comfort.

Always a bit of a gamble to order from a new and (to me) unknown webshop. But in a couple of days my order was delivered. Everything nice and neat. The Ange cork sandals i ordered are great: stable but soft. So i'm keeping them! I also ordered the NOAH piñatex boots. From the picture they looks really nice and souple, like soft leather, but to my disappointment they turned out to actually be really stiff. I was planning on using them for hikes but i'm afraid and convinced they will hurt my feet. So although i'm not a fan of returning items, i unfortunately will.

Envoie rapide et facilité d'échange en cas de taille trop grande ou petite, mes sandales étaient trop petites, j'ai demandé un échange qui s'est fait très rapidemment, c'est la 3e fois que je commande et je suis satisfaite. Je recommanderai à nouveau si j'ai besoin d'une nouvelle paire de chaussures. Merci !

Ich liebe diese Schuhe, sie sind extrem bequem und passen wie angegossen, obwohl ich mit meiner Zwischengröße irgendwo zwischen 37 und 38 (habe Größe 37 bestellt) oft Probleme habe, passende Schuhe zu finden. Sie kamen ohne Plastik in Karton verpackt, das war auch ein Pluspunkt. Würde ich sofort nochmal bestellen.

I purchased Nae slip-ons online as sub for usual Birkenstocks - was interested in cork uppers. I love the look of the cork, it's taking a little more breaking in than Birkis but they are starting to soften after a couple of weeks. There's just a bit more foot coverage in the two strap version than I had imagined, but no big deal. Love that they use recycled tires on bottoms. Purchase process easy, lots updates on package arrival and it came when they said they would.

Habe das gleiche Paar Schuhe zum zweiten Mal bestellt. Ich habe das letzte Paar ca. 2,5 Jahre viel im Winter/Herbst/Fruehling getragen, halten bestimmt noch etwas. Ich mag die Qualität und Optik. Ich kaufe bei dem Brand wegen dem sozialen Aspekt, ich hoffe alle in der a Lieferkette erhalten faire Löhne.

Ich bin absolut entsetzt, ich habe ein paar Schuhe zurückgeschickt, die mir nicht passten. Ich habe sie nur 1x in der Wohnung kurz anprobiert. Nun wird mir die Rückzahlung von knapp 90 Euro verweigert. Begründet wird dies damit, dass ich die Schuhe getragen hätte, zum Beweis wurden 3 Fotos beigelegt, die völlig verdreckte Schuhe zeigen. Das sind aber defintiv nicht meine. Die waren nämlich wie geschrieben ungetragen. Unfassbar ! Das ist Betrug.
Nie wieder !

This was my first purchase and I love what I got. Also, they changed the size on one shoe I ordered as they saw they were running big and everything fits perfectly. Excited to order more and to support CRUELTY FREE!

Malgré les indications de taille, la 1ere ceinture que j'offrais à mon compagnon était trop petite. J'ai opté pour un renvoj avec échange pour la taille au-dessus. Tout s'est bien passé, l'envoi a été rapide et soigné. La ceinture est de bonne qualité !

I'd been in search of quality, comfortable vegan loafers for a while now, and almost gave up after ordering a very expensive pair from a well known Canadian brand and ending up with flimsy-looking that didn't fit (their sizing was incredibly inconsistent).

My order took a little longer than expected to come (12 days even though I live in the UK), but when they did I was so impressed. They fit perfectly true to size and look way more expensive than what I paid. I got them on sale to test things out, but would definitely pay full price and shop from NAE again!
