Truwood products have been beyond amazing ever since I’ve discovered the website. Initially purchasing a watch and a bracelet, that was mainly the focus of the site at the time, which those products were already epic enough.

Now the site offers watches, bracelets, shades and even necklaces, all at premium top quality.

Everything looks Amazing, high quality, is affordable and even helps promote tree growth per each buy.

Love truwood and would highly recommend it to anyone I know.

The products from Truwood are fine quality and unique items. I was very pleased upon receiving my orders and knowing that true craftsmanship went into making my purchases. The timeliness of the shipment and customer service have top tier as well, could not be happier with my money spent.

I am currently waiting for my 7th watch to arrive. The Ember Automatic.
I have had nothing but great watches. And customer service, whether it be with questions or the time there was an issue on delivery. Truwood dealt with it promptly and better than one could hope for. If I could add a picture I would show the Stark I am wearing today.

I love the watches I have pup from mytruwood.com. I think I have three and I ha e purchased a couple as gifts. Durable, and pleasing to look at. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Plus I like the fact trees are being planted for each purchase. Just a bonus.

Good after sales service. I’ve had a problem with a watch which has been resolved really quickly. Plus, their watches are beautiful.

Very funky and cool watch. Took a little while to get to my place but cusomer service worked it out and now my gf gives me compliments on my style!

Love how unique my watch is! I got it engraved to add a personal touch and made an error with the text I entered.. I reached out to customer service to help resolve the issue and they responded instantly and fixed it for me! The engraving turned out perfect!

I ordered 2 watches from here 12/04/19 and then almost immediately read some really sketchy reviews and decided I wanted to cancel my order within an hour from ordering. There is no way to cancel your order online, and they have no phone numbers listed so that you cannot contact them to cancel. I emailed customer service and I tried the chat function and nobody would reach out to me or answer me and then 2 days later they messaged me saying that the watches already shipped and they were engraved so no refunds (even though the website still shows the orders as being unfulfilled) DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I got the royal women's watch over black friday and I love it! I waited all year to get a Truwood watch and its easily my favourite purchase over the holiday.

Please do not purchase from this website, took them 2 weeks to confirm an order and another 2 weeks to get it sent, which means i'll have to wait another 9-15 days for it to arrive. They still send it after i requested it to be cancelled and get a refund, terrible service.

I order a pair of sunglasses at TruWood. After waiting two weeks I got a notification that my order couldnt be fulfilled due to problems with production. I was offered to select another pair. Well ofcourse I wanted the pair I ordered, so that was a no. I decided to wait. A month later I received my glasses. After trying the glasses on I noticed they glasses were asymetrical (not the wood, but the actual glass and frame). The wood was chipped. And there was a dark water like stain in one of the glasses right in the middle of the glas.

I contacted TruWood. They offered to send a new pair for free, which was nice. However, besides the damages, I wasnt very happy with the pair. At first look the wood didnt look like the wood in the picture, much lighter, on the website and was obviously made of cheap material.

Since I wanted a refund I had to return the glasses which set me back €23. Because I received a faulty item I expected them to pay the return costs which ofcourse I asked. Well they refused. I offered to pay half but again they refused.

Overall it really wasnt worth it. The poor quality, misleading pictures, fake advertising on their website, and fake discounts ruined the experience.

My husband bought the watch for me for our 35th anniversary and had it engraved. He waited until 30 days after it arrived, when his anger finally took over and showed me the watch, weeks early of the anniversary because the engraving is so bad. It’s all in caps, in script that is so hard to read I had to take a picture of it and blow it up to read it AND they put the word anniversary on 2 lines. ANNIVERSAR ON ONE LINE AND Y ON THE NEXT and it arrived later than stated. I wish it could have gone back.

No issues here, recieved the watch before scheduled time, Quality's amazing and they followed up with me.

Purchse was easy, delivery reasonable fast.
The watches are beautiful, but the watch glass broke within 2 months of purchase, so quality looks like it could do with a review.
Have since been spammed with commercial mails from them.
