Really helpful staff - great after sales service and a beautiful product to match that's both special and unique in both concept and design. Thank you guys.

Bought a beautiful band for my Apple watch. Had to pay a jeweler to get it fitted, In a few weeks it fell apart. They sent a replacement. Had to pay the jeweler again. Fell apart in a few weeks and almost lost my watch. They offered to send another but refused to cover the cost of a likely lost watch. If you value your Apple watch don't get their watch bands.

The watches are WAY overpriced, low quality, and upon realizing this, I went looking for a way to get a refund. Turns out, refunds are impossible if any purchases are made with a deal of any kind. (Everything on site has a deal attached). So you are stuck purchasing low-quality Chinese made products for 3 times their actual price. Plus, the only way to track your order is to download Shop, an ad ridden knockoff retail app.

Please, save your money for something you can see for yourself first.

Great style, comfortable and excellent quality, you will have a great image with this sunglasses and watch band are excellent. Also they have a great customer service team

I've had two of these watches. I loved the look but it broke very soon after owning it. I purchased another one and it quit keeping time almost immediately. I contacted customer service several times and never even got a response. Great concept for watches, poor quality and customer service.

I had a Ranger watch for several years, the look is awesome and the watch works perfectly.
I recently bought 2 new watches and really love them. One had a small imperfection and Taylor from the customer service told me to make the repair at my local watch shop. The repair was completely taken in charge by Truwood, great service!

I bought a watch from truwood for my birthday and was given a free one with my purchase due to a bogo special. I love them both but the automatic one stopped functioning. Luckily Taylor with the support team was very responsive and helped establish that it was in warranty (which I didn't know was in effect) and got me a replacement out to me.

Bought a watch as a gift for my wife. It arrived 10/31 and she started wearing it early December and noticed a crack in the wood band. I wrote Truwood and they said they had no spare parts and wouldn't fix something "after 4 months". It was barely 5 weeks! They did say they would send a new watch for $25 which tells me they are still making money at that price! Nice looking, but junk that doesn't hold up and crap customer service.

The watches are so much more spectacular in hand. Craftsmanship, attention to detail, just amazing.

My wife ordered me a set of watches that cost $300. Well upon receiving them the boxes had been destroyed both watches had issues. These are automatic watches, one does not work at all and the other has issues with the clasp staying closed. So first off the only way to get ahold of someone is by email (awful form of communication when dealing with a purchase that cost as much as these watches). So my wife found the owners number on the BBB website. He did refund her and told her to keep the watches, she wanted to send them back but he did not want that. So I’m like well maybe I can pay them to fix the watches because I would hate to throw them away since they are unique. So I emailed Tru Wood. The response I got back was that my wife opted out of the choice of sending new watches for a refund and they can no longer help and the warranty is void. I expressed how I wanted to repair them and would pay for that but I basically received the same response back. Awful packaging of products and cheap products for the price. For 150 more go buy a Bulova. Being a small business you think they would offer a price to repair their faulty product.

My partner bought me a watch from Truwood and it has never worked properly, we have tried contacting them by email several times and we have got no reply which I find extremely unprofessional, very disappointed with this Company, if anything goes wrong with your purchase there is absolutely no after sales service and the company doesn't have the common decency to return an email.
Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a watch of this company.

TryWood not only make Tru quality watches but they also provide Tru quality customer service. They go above and behond to satisfy your needs and they are really quick to respond too! You really feel you matter to them!! 4 watches later..and there will be more!!

I loved their watches, but three of the four bought from them, have fallen apart. This was before they shipped production to China even. They are not responsive to repair requests and only offer a discount for new purchases :(
I own sunglasses and a bracelet from them too. The watches just fall apart. :(

I am in love with these watches. The beautiful hand work, the craftiness of each peace, shows how much care goes in to each piece. I just purchased the red Sandalwood for my husband for our 28th anniversary and he too loves it. Perfect gift or treat yourself. -- Tammy N

Last November I purchased 2 watches , a Summit and a Green Leaf, both arrived in perfect shape. Unfortunately , the wood rimmed Summit has a small crack that I tried to fix as it held the strap but to no avail. I contacted Customer Service and was taken care of as befits a quality company that makes quality watches. Thank you Taylor and the entire forest crew.

I ordered sunglasses and a watch from them. Both were great quality and arrived in good time all the way from America to the UK. I had a slight problem with the watch but customer service sorted out a replacement very well. I have received lots of compliments about my sunglasses as well as my watch. Definitely would recommend.

The Bracelett broke after 12 Days of usage. TruWood instantly send me a new one. No questions asked.

I received a watch band as a gift, but it was the wrong size for my watch! Truwood happily exchanged the watchband for one that works with my watch. Will order watchbands again from this company! Not only are their products fantastic, but so is their customer service.

Watch is beyond beautiful, unfortunately on no fault of their own my hand is too big for the watch. I reached out to them to inquire about purchasing extra links, within an hour I was replied to and they are sending me extra links at no charge. Very happy with the company and customer service for their diligence to their customers and the speedy response. Will definitely keep doing business with them.
