I purchased my beautiful truwood watch nearly one year ago. I have had an issue with it stopping intermittently since I got it, but recently it has become much worse. I contacted the truwood team and was teamed up with Ally who was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful and a little in awe at the speed at which my problem was resoluted. Within 48 hours of notifying them of the issue, a replacement watch was dispatched and now I look forward to wearing my new truwood watch again..... which I absolutely love (I'd wear it even if it didn't work). Thanks to Ally and the team from truwood. I would highly recommend purchasing from them!!

Ordered a watch to treat myself for my birthday over COVID, although there was some delay with the delivery, it was all worth it in the end. The customer service team followed up with me promptly when I inquired and they made sure to ease my mind on the shipping! When the watch arrived, I was in awe. It’s absolutely stunning and I’m ordering two more, one for me and one for my girlfriend!

I recently ordered watches from Truwood and needed to contact them regarding delivery within the UK. Their customer service was excellent - prompt and helpful replies to e-mails and a very personal touch. When the watches arrived I was delighted by their look and quality, so much so that I have ordered another (different) watch.

Every time I wear one of my TruWood watches (bought 3 so far), I never fail to get a WOW comment from friends or colleagues of how distinctive it looks, the way the stylish design matches with my outfit, the curiousness of a wood watch, etc. The quality and design are simply perfect and will continue to collect more TruWood watches in the near future.

I bought my TruWood Architect a few years back using my first pay cheque but I still remembered how quick TruWood's customer service was in answering my questions. My watch is still in very good condition and I have also recommended friends to purchase from TruWood. Will definitely get another one in the near future.

We absolutely love the watch. This was brought as a graduation gift for my son. I was not happy with engraving initially so I spoke with Ally on Customer Service who quickly sent out a newly engraved backing omand a gift card. I was very impressed. We will definitely be ordering again. Beautifully product and making a difference in our environment!

I recently purchased two products from truwood for my wife on our 15th anniversary. One was a beautiful watch which I had engraved and another was a pair of very cool sunglasses. Baught 3 Truwood watches during this month. Very beautiful, stunning, stylish and eye-catching. Watches are very light and you can hardly feel their weight on your wrist.

I bought a Minimal watch and it's absolutely gorgeous. It arrived in good timing, costumer service was great, will buy another watch and definitely recommend- and love the idea that the company plants trees for every watch they make- giving back as well!

My experience has been fine... I love my new watch.. It took quite a while to get it. 5 weeks.. That´s too long to wait... That explains the 4 stars..

This wood watch band for my Apple watch is beautiful and looks awesome on my wrist. I had trouble adjusting the size and had to visit several watch stores before I could find one that would help take the pin out and readjust. I also had to sit through a sales pitch for a 3-4000 dollar watch just to appease the salesperson.

I initially came across TRUWOOD on line.I investigated because I found the concept of a wooden watch was intriguing. I ordered watches for my wife and I.The watches are truly amazing.We love them so much we ordered another watch for my brothers birthday.He loves it ! These watches will be treasured forever.

Ordered sunglasses and they came quickly and looked amazing. My teenage son swiftly claimed them as his own - so they must be cool. Lol
