I bought a watch for my husband a year ago. Beautiful quality. The band broke right next to the face last month and so I requested a replacement band for it. Within a day, I received a response and quick follow up mailing of a free replacement band. Great service!

Made a purchase (Ultimate-Mahogany) last 08-Aug-2022, I was gonna use it for a trip in late September but the item never moved forward after reaching their so-called ‘transfer facility’ in LT, US (since 15-Aug-2022). And as of this writing (18-Oct-2022) the parcel just didn’t progress any further. I reached out via email and a ‘customer support 2’ did assure me that the item was on its way but I’ve lost hope, zero expectations here! If you’re going to buy outside the US, please think twice or thrice… 👎👎👎

So far I am pleased with all the purchases I made on their website, delivery is quite fast and all items arrived in good conditions. Just one disappointment though, I purchased the ranger watch for more than 220 $, i was surprised to discover that the green color is much more brighter than on the pictures.

Careful of these guys. I ordered something, says delivered on Saturday, it wasn't. I asked them to check it, finally got back to me Tuesday night with a cut and paste answer of check your mailbox again. F that. Looks like I am going to have to deal with them with dispute on my credit card. Never again.

I ordered some sunglasses about a month ago. I was very excited. However, the shipment company messed up the delivery, they claimed to have done a delivery attempt but it was not true, and they decided to ship the package back to TrueWood without any further attempt!
I wrote to TrueWood Customer Service and they promptly reply to me giving me a total refund!
I have never had such a rapid response from a seller! Go on with their product, worst-case scenario, you will have a very nice customer service to support you

This is the best Apple Watch band by far. They ship the band the next day and wait until you see the results, the look is simply amazing. If you need to buy an apple band stop there .No better place then TruWood. Many thank from Canada

Purchased my 1st watch and I'm completely pleased with how it looks and feels... what a great item. Love the companies motto and responsibility of planting new trees per watched purchased.

if you thought their deals were too good to be true, well you were absolutely right .
I was excited to try this product out and it seemed really great until I finally made a purchase , well after it "shipped" it just never got any further
and I got reviews and tons of offers while I'm still technically waiting
with only a robotic response to answer my Inquiry I realised. why yes I was right to think their holiday deal was a hoax
don't waste your time or get excited like I did.
get a fossil or even other wood using brands because this one is a scam

Came with most pins jammed in that couldn’t be removed. Contacted customer support and they said I would have to return it, at my own cost, and then they would have their team determine if I get my money back. Which obviously they will deny me because they require it be in the original wrapping when I have already I wrapped it and attempted to size it right. Avoid this company at all costs. Con artists who sell defective items and then refuse to stand behind them. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a watch more than a month ago and not only the item never arrived, but when I contacted the consumer service they wouldn't take responsibility and they keep copying and pasting the same answer actually making fun of paying consumer. So now they have more than 100€ of mine and I don't have the product I paid for
I can't believe that nowadays there are companies that behave like this

It was amazing moment when I received the items, really great product with amazing fit , when I touch it for first time it was something completely wonderful

I ordered and paid for my goods in July they never arrived when I emailed I was informed the goods were with my postal service when I checked the goods were allegedly in London I live in Ireland after a couple more weeks I contacted Truwood who stated that my goods could not be delivered I confirmed the address and postal code were correct and was advised by ally at Truwood that my goods were on their way back to Truwood and I should complete and sign a supplied affidavit this turned out to be a claim form for a lost or damaged delivery I refused to sign as my goods were not missing or damaged.
I received my refund thank you Truwood however it was not an easy process.

Worst customer service fake reviews on the website. I have been waiting for my product since the beginning of July, Nothing!!! absolutely nothing. I agree with others who fell for this company, who paid and never received their product, and the company( not sure if it's even a company or a guy running this thing from a basement) never bothered to respond. My review never showed on their website, and all the reviews you see are 5 stars and praises. But guess what Truwood you won't be able to delete this review. AND please don't respond to this review by "we always respond within 24-48 hours..." because you don't I can't even claim my money from my bank because it's almost 2 months now.

I was absolutely shocked by the wonderful customer service and generosity of the TruWood team.
I had a problem with my watch that wasn't even their fault, and they swiftly fixed it and it was so easy!

I bought one of the watches with customized engraving. The watche itself is good, but engraving is not as it is advertised at all. It was terrible and hard to read and also part of my message was removed without letting me know .I was not happy with engraving at all.

It took them more than one month to deliver, even though l wrote them how important it was to deliver on time (the 5-14 business days they promised on website would have been perfect). Told them about big delay, about ruined surprise, asked for a partial refund, l was refused.
I am very disappointed!!! Would NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM!!!

I bought a watch for my daughter and for my husband and they both love it my husband said it feels light on his hand and my daughter is happy with hers 🌹

I loved my sandalwood watch. But after just 2 short years the watch stoped working as the wood contracted new allowed moisture in rendering it useless. WORSE yet, when I contact Truwood they offered no repair of the watch and only offered for me to buy a new one. The watch I bought was near 400 dollars.

Buyer Beware. Terrible company.
