Poor customer service
They used Evri for a delivery which Evri lost.
Getting a refund has not been easy as Mybabiie doesn't have a customer service to speak to, only email, which is slow and protracted.
Nearly 3 weeks have passed and no further forward getting my money back
Edit....since the reply from my babiie to this review I have STILL not received a refund 10.6.26

I brought a travel cot around 6 weeks ago and the slats had already broke . I spoke to Emily from customer service and I was not disappoint . Emily advised me that because I only had the travel cot for 6 weeks that they could send a new one to replace it . It’s so nice to have great customer service for once .

Excellent customer service
I purchased a child car seat from this store, but unfortunately the original parcel, although marked as delivered, never arrived. Mike from Customer Support was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He responded promptly, kept me informed, and made resolving the issue completely stress-free.
A replacement was arranged and delivered very quickly, which was greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this store and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Website was recommended by a friend. Purchased 2 folding Isofix car seats for the grandkids. Purchase was simple. Great communication for the delivery of these. Didn’t take long to come. Very pleased with car seats. And when not in use, I can fold them and put them in the boot. Overall, I’d highly recommend My Babiie.
