1-Star Review: Absolute Nightmare – Avoid My Babiie and Kiddies Kingdom at All Costs
I have never been this furious with a company in my life. We bought a My Babiie pram from Kiddies Kingdom at the beginning of April, excited for our first baby. They assured us it would arrive by April 15th. What a joke.
First came the email pushing it back to May. Then another email in May saying end of June. June arrived and we got yet another email – now July 9th. It’s currently July 9th and nothing. I called Kiddies Kingdom and they casually told me My Babiie won’t even send it until the end of August. That’s nearly five months of waiting for a pram we ordered in April. Unbelievable incompetence.
Because we were desperate (our baby came early on 20th May instead of 6th June), we bought one of their travel prams as a temporary solution. They sent it without a hood. After emailing them, they finally sent the hood – but it was missing the correct connecting part. So we had to waste even more money buying replacements elsewhere and chase a refund that we still haven’t received.
We have now been pushing our newborn around without a proper pram for nearly two months. This whole ordeal has caused us severe stress and anxiety during what should have been a joyful time with our new baby. Every single promise they made was broken. The communication is appalling, the delays are endless, and their products arrive incomplete and unusable.
Do not buy from My Babiie or Kiddies Kingdom. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the tears. Go somewhere that actually delivers what they promise. I will never shop with either of these companies again and I’ll be warning every parent I know.

Extremely disappointing customer…
Extremely disappointing customer service.
My parcel never arrived. When I reported the issue, I was told I needed to complete a Denial of Receipt (DOR) form. The problem was that I never received the form. I informed customer service about this and specifically asked for it to be sent again.
Instead of ensuring I received the required document, they later informed me that DPD had closed the investigation because the form had not been submitted on time. They are now refusing to take any responsibility, simply saying there is nothing more they can do because the courier has closed the claim.
As a customer, my contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Passing the blame to DPD instead of resolving the issue is unacceptable.
Very poor communication, no accountability, and no willingness to help when things go wrong. I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.

I ordered this it was meant to come…
I ordered this it was meant to come next day however my parcel still hasn’t turned up still so if you order this be aware it’s DPD who is meant to deliver and mine hasn’t arrived as of yet as they keep saying they have missed me yet I’ve been in waiting for the parcel 4 days on the trot
UPDATE - my parcel had to be delivered to my mums as the delivery service is appalling.
Overall the car seat is very good and good quality I just say to anyone who is a new build to not get it delivered to your home.

Extremely bad customer service
Extremely bad customer service. Had warned for parcel to not be left with neighbours as they steel them. For them to deliver it 2 days early while im at work to said neighbour. Never received my pram for my baby and lost out on £100. Proof was sent to my babiie that i never received my parcel and that its clearly delivered to someone elses house. For them to turn around and say because it was delivered its not their problem. Yes delivered to someone elses house after me stating to only deliver to me. Was meant to come on monday but turned up the friday before while i was working. Absolutely disgusting from my babiies end. Do not order from them!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear how upsetting this experience has been for you, and we completely understand how disappointing it must be to be expecting such an important delivery and then not receive it.
We appreciate that you had previously experienced issues with neighbours accepting parcels. However, delivery preferences such as "do not leave with neighbours" need to be selected or updated for each individual DPD delivery. Unfortunately, no such preference was set for this parcel, so DPD followed their standard delivery procedure and delivered it to a neighbouring address after obtaining proof of delivery.
We understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate that the situation has been incredibly frustrating. We did review the matter thoroughly with our Escalations Team using the delivery evidence provided by DPD before reaching our decision, and we also offered to raise a formal complaint with DPD on your behalf to investigate the courier's handling of the delivery further.
We're truly sorry that your experience has left you feeling this way and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase a black quilted changing bag. I ordered on a Friday and received it on the Saturday.
The bag is good quality and has plenty of room for all your essentials for baby it even has its own changing mat neatly attached to one side. The rose gold gives it that extra special stylish look which I know my daughter will love. Very pleased over all .

I purchased one of your high chairs…
I purchased one of your high chairs approximately a year ago through Very. I absolutely love the high chair and have even purchased replacement seat covers from you several times to keep it looking fresh, as I have a very messy two-year-old!
Today, I took the high chair into the garden to shake out the crumbs that had collected in the frame. To my shock, a black liquid began pouring out from inside the frame.
I would like to stress that I only ever clean the high chair by wiping it down with antibacterial spray and a cloth. It has never been submerged in water or exposed to excessive moisture, so I’m very confused as to why this has happened.
Unfortunately, the liquid has ruined a brand-new chair that I recently purchased from you. Even once the high chair is cleaned, I’m now reluctant to bring it back into my home as I’m concerned it could leak again and damage my carpet.
The liquid doesn’t smell like stagnant or old water—it has a distinctly oily smell, which makes me even more concerned that there may be an issue with the frame itself.
