Faulty item returned, customer service ignoring emails & hiding comments! Order #1203897
I returned a faulty stroller to My Babiie 1 week ago. DPD tracking confirms the parcel was delivered to their warehouse. I have emailed customer service multiple times for an update, but received no response. When I tried to ask for help on their Facebook page, my comments were hidden/blocked instead of being resolved. Extremely poor customer service for a faulty product refund. Order #1203897. I expect a full refund immediately.

Our records show that your refund has already been processed. Regardless, we do ask customers to allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be completed. This is because, once a returned item arrives at our warehouse, it must first be received and inspected before the refund can be processed.

Absolutely love the bouncers. The giraffe print is gorgeous and really easy to fold and put away when there isn’t much space. Lovely deep seat and comfy for baby too!

I ordered a seat unit for my mb500i…
I ordered a seat unit for my mb500i travel system and expected it to be delivered quickly. After a week it still hadnt been dispatched. I contacted them and they told me that what I had ordered was the fabric and not the actual seat, despite it stating on their website and my order confirmation that it was the whole seat. All they are doing is telling me to refuse delivery and they will refund me. I need this seat for my 4 month old baby's pram. He can now no longer use hes pram and I have to fork out for a new one

We're sorry if the product listing was not as clear as it could have been. The item ordered is a replacement seat fabric rather than the complete seat unit, as we do not sell the full seat unit separately.
If the parcel has not yet been delivered, you can simply refuse delivery and it will be returned to us. Once it has been received back at our warehouse, we'll arrange your refund as quickly as possible. Additional car seat direct this time mega savings
I already purchased a car seat through my catalogue and loved it for my grandaughter and then realised they had done a black version so googled to find one for my grandson and they had it direct as a graded product, not only did I save on the RRP but I also got an additional discount so saved a 1/3 plus free postage and was delivered in 24hours very pleased with the service and product

Lovely compact car seat
Fast delivery easy purchase great item just as described. The car seat easily folds into itself making it more compact and easier to store in boot when not in use. The leopard print design is great.

Umbrella Leopard Print
I bought the umbrella pushchair with the leopard print the pushchair is nice but they advertise it as a lightweight and no way is it that, found it very heavy and not sure if I will keep it as using it in and out the car will be hard. Also wouldn’t suggest this one for holidays abroad very heavy.

Fast no issues and in good condition could t have asked for better tbh.
Pram was for misses who is over moon with it and has already shown it of to friends ps 2 of her friends had to get it even tho they had prams.

I would not recommend this brand.
I ordered a new buggy because my other one was broken.
I received the buggy and it was broken so I couldn’t put it together.
I emailed them for a replacement and all we have seemed to be doing is emailing back and forth. They want the batch code number, pictures of it packed in the box and the damage of the buggy.
Then they ask me if it’s still the same address it got delivered and I’ve confirmed yes. I told them the first line of my address and then they wanted me to confirm the postcode that they already have from the delivery.
I asked if they could come Friday to replace it but they stated they couldn’t plan that far ahead and to contact them nearer the time.
It’s like they just want to delay the process as much as possible.
I’ve said to them, when can they come and get the buggy to replace it?
There’s always something else they need from me. Why can’t it just be straight forward.
I will never ever ever order from this brand again. Their replacement or refund process is very long draining process.
I’m now without a buggy for a week now.
I’m expecting them to email me tomorrow to tell me they can’t pick it up and replace it because I didn’t confirm my postcode, although I’ve already confirmed it’s the same address as the one they delivered it to and the first line of my address.
This brand is a joke

Regarding the collection date, unfortunately we're unable to book exchanges several days in advance, which is why we asked you to contact us closer to your preferred date. This is due to the way our courier schedules collections.
