The base cartridge had a bit broken but we have sorted it now thank you

Have been the owner of Msap (Aurora) hot tub for approx 18 months and its great. However, motor stop working 2 weeks ago so contacted Mspa customer services. within 24 hours received response requesting unit returned - clear instructions provided on how to remove unit, courier organised through Mspa and is currently being repaired. Have to say that the customer service provided (Chris) has been exceptional. whenever emailed, response received quickly and they can't do enough to keep their customers happy (thanks Chris). Look forward to returned unit.

Avoid at all cost! These hot tubs are very expensive and do not last at all! I had mine just over the two year mark and they do not care that it’s broken. I paid £850 for this hot tub you’d expect at least a good four to five years out of it! Save your money and purchase a lazy spa.

My hot tub twice developed problems. I was dealt with extremely promptly, courteously and patiently by Chris who took into account my mobility issues. He sent me out a new liner so I didn’t have to package up the faulty one. Good experience.

Thanks to Chris and the mSpa team for sorting out my recent warranty issue when one of the seams came unstuck. New hot tub body sent same day and now all set up and good as new. Really excellent customer service.

We placed the order, and two days later it was on our door step, packaging held up well no rips etc. they had also packed inside the box, the extra filters we ordered at the same time, pool is up working fine. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Amazing like always

I bought a MSpa months ago and one piece suffered moisture damage. I contacted support and they immediately sent me a replacement for the defective part. I am very happy with my purchase and I feel supported by the after-sales service.

Unfortunately hot tub developed an error code which we couldn’t fix ourselves. Chris from MSpa was so helpful and literally had a courier out the next day to pick up the control box. Courier was back 4 days later with repaired box.
Thank u so much Chris and MSpa, saved my wedding day which we’re holding in the garden and the kids are desperate for the tub!

Had two issues with my Mspa hot tub, but both have been resolved at the company's expense in a couple of days. They collected and delivered, all seamless. Chris in customer service is great, polite, prompt and helpful. Mspa's 2 year warranty is great. Would recommend.

We love our Tekapo hot tub - and the service we have received from Chris in customer services was outstanding; we had an E1 issue which was not only resolved under warranty, but resolved in super fast time, being collected, mended and returned so efficiently that initially we wondered if anyone had actually opened the box, let alone opened, diagnosed and mended the failure! Great product and great customer service. :-)

I had an issue with the filter pump on my spa, contacted Mspa UK via their website, had an email back from Chris promptly, they arranged collection of the faulty control box and had it back repaired within a few days. Great service!

I can’t fault the service and communication. We had a problem with the heating element and it was picked up fixed and returned in a timely manor. We sent the details of our purchase so there wasn’t any problem getting it done in the warranty . Thanks to all the team.

BE AWARE - I ordered a hottub on the 27/04/21 and have still not received it. Can someone please contact me regarding. I have tried calling your contact number and emailed numerous times but no response what so ever?
