We couldn’t access their website to order the broken part for our hot tub so we ended up phoning them and they were very helpful and supplied the part we needed. Thank goodness for old fashioned telephone service, and human contact. The internet is not easy for us oldies. Not sure what date it was.

This is the 2nd mspa hot tub I have purchased all be it not for me but for my friend.
His hot tub was cheaper then my one as prices have dropped again

I've had an MSPA Tekapo for 2 years now and am enjoying every plunge. Recently, the filter pump and heater developed an E1 fault. After going through the usual routines to fix the fault I contacted product support to get a price for repair only to be informed that it was just, only just still in warranty. Thank you Chris and the team. They arranged collection, repaired and returned the unit just in time for me to re-assemble and have the tub ready for the Bank Holiday weekend. Fabulous service. Kept me informed all the way. Can't thank you enough Chris.

The maintenance is very easy and the warmup time is quite reasonable We leave one over night at 31° and warm it up to round 37 or 38 when we know we’re going to use it which takes about three hours I would recommend one

Would like to express gratitude & thanks to staff at Mspa & especially Chris in their customer services. Having bought Aurora hot tub 18 months it developed a fault and wouldn’t switch on. Contacted Mspa & without any quibble arranged a courier to collect & diagnosis fault. 2 weeks later arrived back, but unfortunately still had an error - however Mspa reacted very quickly, courier arrived within 24 hours, and 2 days later unit returned with all errors resolved. It’s great to see great customer service, but there’s so much negativity circulating (especially when you read negative posts about Mspa). Personally, they couldn’t have been more responsive & want to say thanks for all your help. Am one very happy customer. Thanks to Chris and his team.

Looks well made and good size, for us this is where it stops on the positive, as we have not been able to use it at any point.
Following the instruction booklet, which was very poor in guidance and on inflating and filling with water, we discovered a leak in the base seam, so it was not fit for purpose .Awaiting John Lewis response as our contract is with this company.
On checking sites, it appears that the MSpa carlton hot tub develops mechanical faults early on and when repaired it faults again. We never got that far to see the emergence of further faults, at we know buyer beware now.

These hot tubs should not be allowed to be sold totally rubbish Since buying it nothing but trouble E1 code been sent back twice got it back the other week now won’t even turn on that’s without saying draining it every time and having to fill when returning Chris keeps saying it’s be repaired clearly not now not responding to emails stay well clear of them useless go with intex or lay z spa

Intially brough the Spa that seemed a good design and sturdy spa. This after a few months of use showed the E1 code , as per instruction the item was fitted with new filters regularly and cleaned but the error continued - on contacting MSpa they gave instruction to remove how to remove the unit for return to repair. This was done as the time and expense of myself only to be sent of and returned. On the return of the unit within a week of use the error code was again showing on the spa , contacting the company to request an engineer attend site or a new unit is provided this was greeted with you have to send of for repair. Asking for packaging - they will send you a box for £8.99.

This is far from ideal when you purchase a spa that is not cheap.. you expect better service.

Product firstly heated to 60 deg and we could have been badly burned.
Now it has again failed,
Controller sent back some 4 weeks ago to be told that they do not hold the spare parts and i need to wait another 3 weeks as parts made in China.
Customer service laughed when i complained.
request for refund denied, request for replacement controller denied, and Complaints department, "wants an email as they working from home"

Replacement filters arrived quickly and good price what more could I ask for

I loved my mspa when I first bought it. However, it has almost spent more time being repaired repeatedly under warranty for the past 2 years than it ever has at home. It keeps coming up with errors. The last time it was repaired the service centre were meant to include additional replacement parts which they never sent. My warranty is almost up and I am having to send it back again. I doubt it will last 2-3 months before it stops working again. When spending £800+ for a hot tub you would expect it to not need it to be repaired constantly within the first 2 years. When we complained they said they would fix it again (which obviously doesn't work) but that's not a long term solution. It is also a pain having to empty it, detach the motor, find/buy a large box to be able to send it back every single time.

Order mislaid after contacting you twice was told I get a call to let me know where my order was ,no call back but order arrived next day to find one item duplicated and charged twice.
Message again regarding returning duplicate told exspect reply 24 to 48 hours no reply I have since sent item back to you for a refund .
Customer service is non existent
