Very impressed with the service that I received from Kunal, Chris and all the team at MSPA. They have repaired my heater unit. Very pleased with everything and would highly recommend this company.

Had a couple of faults develop on the Rimba Hot Tub - but absolutely no problem in resolving with MSpa UK - even though I called these in right on the edge of the warranty - polite, efficient service & repair.

Generally super happy with the MSpa hot tub; quiet, I like the motor design being on the inside, can't fault the service from Tyler & Chris in customer service.

absolute joke of a company have a fault with a tub and all they say is send it back to us and it will cost you 180 pounds no matter what the fault is last time i will ever deal with this company no help at all just rip off merchants

We received an Mspa Exotic 6 person hot tub in February 2021. Unfortunately between the months of February 2021 & December 2021 it was returned for repair twice, the error codes indicating filter & heater faults. These faults were repaired and the hot tub returned in good time. However, last month the liner suddenly began deflating and we could not identify the reason why. As a result we could no longer make use of the hot tub as it would not remain inflated. To compound matters, the warranty for the liner was a couple of months out of date when it started deflating.

Given this was the 3rd major fault within a year I contacted Kunal at Mspa and expressed my disappointment in the both quality and performance of our Mspa Exotic 6 person Hot Tub, (which is marketed as a premium product), particularly as the funds to purchase it had been awarded to us by a military Post Traumatic Stress Disorder charity, so that we could give my husband access to a hydro-therapeutic hot tub to help combat the devastating effects of PTSD he has to live with as a result of 18 years+ military active service.

Kunal was courteous, polite, professional and efficient and immediately began to make enquiries to source a replacement hot tub so that my husband could once again have access to the hydro-therapeutic benefits a hot tub brings. Kunal kept me up to date during every step of the process, from collecting our faulty hot tub, to sourcing, acquiring and delivering a replacement hot tub.

Kunal removed the stress out of the situation and I am extremely grateful to him for his sympathetic and respectful and wholly professional handling of our matter. He is a credit to your organisation and we have gone from being incredibly disappointed and disillusioned with Mspa products to having faith once more in Mspa and this is purely due to Kunal's efforts on your behalf.

EDIT - Spoke to Hina today and she is the first person who has actually done what she said she would and has sorted a replacement control unit. Thank you so much Hina!

Our Mspa is 13 months old and has gone wrong 3 times. Mspa have now had the heater since March 16th and no sign of it being fixed. Chris has stopped replying to emails and get palmed off when you ring. I think we have spent more time not being able to use it than using it since we bought it. Waste of money and not fit for purpose.

Since I purchased a Hot Tub from Mspa I have had a number of teething issues, over a two year period, and they have been so responsive, never challenging, always help to help.

Repair service is impeccable. Arranged collection for the day after I reported the issue, fixed and returned in less than a week.
Email contact is easy with almost instant responses.

Bought an MSpa Tekapo just before Xmas. Set up was easy enough and worked fine for 2 months. Problem occured where water was not circulating as it should, meaning hot tub was too cold to enjoy. MSpa customer service was excellent for the repair. Picked up faulty control unit and replacement arrived less than a week later. Refilled and hot tub is toasty warm once again.

Tyler was fantastic. Sent me out a new hot tub replacement with no hassle whatsoever. Can't ask for better than that.

Heater failed due to water ingression. Collected and returned by Mspa with all components replaced with 5 days. Credit where it is due.

I was really pleased with the personalised service and the company went the extra mile to sort my spa repair before the Xmas break. Thanks guys you’ve saved Christmas!
