Quick delivery and response from query email, although a confirmation email re order would have been nice.

Purchased an mSpa inflatable hot tub with a much vaunted 2YEAR guarantee, the control unit failed after 4 uses with a standard error message. After great difficulty getting a reply from the service line we eventually sent the unit off for repair. No communication and significant chasing later they returned the unit - SAME ERROR message - sent it back - they returned it - SAME ERROR message - 3rd time same result - they have not responded to me emails - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Was a great purchase was easy to inflate, we have used it every night since purchase have even sat in it in the rain.

Very friendly staff. Kept me updated on the repair to my mspa control unit.

I purchased a hot tub during lockdown and after a stressful day at work I began relying on a dip in the tub to help me relax.

The tub devloped a minor fault. I cant express enough the excellent customer service I received. Prompt to resolve ,informative and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Excellent communication throughout. This has been by far the best company I have dealt with in the past 3 years.

The hot tub itself deluxe for 6 people is a great size ,easy to assemble and very relaxing and easy to use.

Bought our MSPA Tuscany during lockdown and was a great purchase. A few years later we've had some technical issues with the heater due to wear and tear, and arranged an out of warranty repair. The customer service from Chris and the team was excellent and the unit was repaired and delivered back to us very promptly, all in great working order again - many thanks.

Recently puchased the Tuscany Hot Tub via John lewis, couple of issues when it was delivered and have to say the customer service from both John Lewis, Tyler and Chris at M spa made the process very easy to get replacement parts and now hot tub all set up and working brilliantly . Great product and first class customer service Tyler emailed me back promptly and took control of the issues that i had and kept me informed all the way thanks again . Would recommend this product for build quality then also the personal customer service that i received was refreshing to receive.

This is worse than a cheap paddling pool to empty and clean. It takes about 1 hour to empty then has to be tipped upside down to properly clean within the jets. Each time put back down, fault in filter. Obviously during the process the pipes have been knocked out. Worse purchase ever

Despite reading some awful customer service reviews about mspa, they've been nothing but helpful, attentive and must importantly, effective in resolving any issues I've experienced; can't thank them enough for their courteous interaction.

I've been trying to get a replacement liner for a mspa starry I bought from camping world for my autistic sons therapy, it was used a handful of times before it split at seam under the control box. After being passed around different departments I was told they were out of stock of liners, this was in August/September its now December, my emails are now being ignored & no one seems to be answering the mspa customer service calls, I'm absolutely disgusted with this service.

I just had to take the time to leave a review for Tyler at MSpa for his excellent customer service for a warranty claim. He is as very polite and professional and was on the case from the start to finish.! Thank you Tyler.

Second MSPA inflatable hot tub we have owned, we bought another as the first one was such good quality and lasted for years. Love the concealed heater/pump compared with other brands that have the big egg on the outside. Looks fabulous and such a treat to use.

Especial thanks to Chris at MSpa. Our tub's filter died right at the end of the guarantee period but MSpa didn't even blink. Ok, it took quite a while before the mended filter unit came back but everybody is suffering from supply chain issues these days. Gotta say they're great value and nice to deal with.

What a fantastic service, my control box was faulty and it was picked up repaired and sent back to me with constant contact from Chris. :)

I recently bought a Mono Spa and am so very pleased with my purchase. I did however have one small issue as the Inflatable bladder kept losing air. I contacted the company and got an immediate response and replacement sent to me. Very good service!
