After receiving a faulty spa unit, I was disappointed that a new unit would not be delivered until the old one had been returned. This would mean we wouldn't have the guy for an event planned.
After sharing this with Chris, on the customer service team, he arranged for a new unit to be delivered the very next day. Much better service if you are clear about your expectations, and deal directly with the team. Restored my faith in Mspa.

Had an issue with my Mspa control unit contacted them and Chris was very helpful sorted it out to be collected, there email said10 working days to repair, unit was collected on the 15th and was back by the 19th all repaired and working fine, excellent speedy repair.

Would give 0 stars if I could. You set up and bliss, amazing hot tub but then a few months later E1 error for the 2nd time. Spoke to customer service, passed around from them and retail shop. Finally they agreed to take it in to look at, said it was fixed and when back worked ok, few months in (to add with daily chemical checks and more than recommended filer changes) and E1 error again. Called again to be told to get an electrician to check it out, at a cost of £80 to be told all is fine and a unit error. Called back to advise, told to see how it goes (helpful!) and you guessed it problems again, they after weeks of disputes agreed to take it back and replace the unit. The unit came back and did not look new at all but that didn’t bother me, as long as it worked. But no, nothing but issues AGAIN!! Do not buy, I will never buy from Mspa again, waste of money and just pass the blame

Delivery within 2 days or ordering. Spa so easy to install. Previously had another spa which required 2 people and had outside pump/control unit which was heavy and clumsy.
Used the spa at the weekend excellent and very comfortable.

DO NOT BUY from this company

The worst company I have ever had to deal with SHOCKING customer service
Brought a brand new Hot Tub from them direct last year within just 2 month it came up with Error code and wouldn’t not work after sending the hot tub back to be repaired and only just getting it back within a 2 months it’s broke down again I spoke to customer services they said they was nothing else they could do they can give me a part to replace it myself but that was all how ridiculous so you couldn’t fix the part but expect me too the hot tub was brand new it shouldn’t need fixing I spoke to your so called manager called KUNAl who was rude and couldn’t careless and told me to take LEGAL action

I have now email the supposed Head Office complaints email I won’t hold me breath and asked them to call me

UPDATE the email was a fake address it bounced back

The Company is not fit for purpose

After buying a Hot tub from you which lasted 4 years no problems at all I thought I would upgrade after being extremely ill as a treat wish I never bothered

Amazing hot tub and the patterned detail round the hot tub is what caught my eye! Completely different looking to any other! Me and my partner have been in it any chance we have! Amazing price for an stunning hot tub with additional features including different modes and the heat is just pure bliss!!!
