Contacted customer service about a hub tub i already had that ended up with an issue. Due to out of warranty they offered to collect sort and drop off for a price or a great discount off a new tub. We opted for the new tub. Amazing customer service, prompt emails back and seriously fast delivery:

I find it amusing that you send an email asking me to review a product you haven’t even delivered yet. I’ve had to chase and find out what is going on. I was told delivery should’ve happened Wed, still no hot tub and still no phone call from your company to inform me what has happened. I was promised a call back Friday, never happened I had to call back to be told you’re still waiting to hear back from the delivery company. Find it hard in this day and age that you can’t digitally track a parcel. We are now Monday and still no one has contacted me to let me know what happened. You claim next day delivery on your website before buying and I’m on day 9 with no further up date on when it will turn up.

I received my hot tub, used it once and the silver pins broke on the manometer. I contacted the company for a new one, it got sent out and I recieved it within the 3-4days stated. I'm happy with the hot tub and happy with the service I received

Product was delivered on time. After sales service awful. Cant contact by phone tryed to log in to my account to place another order but have now been locked out. Cant get hold of anybody to sort it out very poor

Great product but I found it really annoying that you get no tracking info nor can their team tell you when your item will arrive. You need to be home to accept delivery but they can't tell you when that will be! Think they maybe need to catch up with the rest of the world and allow customers to track their order...

I had had a problem with the Spar how ever after a few emails back and forth the problem was swiftly resolved and i am happy to say dealt with very professionally.

1 star is too generous. Sadly, no option to leave zero stars. A real warning to avoid this company, apparently they are infamous for their terrible after sales service. Such a shame we didn't know this before we purchased. The customer service is utterly appalling. I have spent many hours on hold waiting to even be answered on the phone (they never ever reply to emails - it's hopeless) trying to rectify a faulty hot tub that was only 10 months old with very little usage. They wanted to charge us £40 to return the controller to then try and diagnose the problem and a further £10 for packaging up the controller which I had to try and then dismantle myself. We have been without the hot tub for weeks now trying to sort this problem even though we are under a 2 year guarantee. They never reply to emails, leave you on hold for an absolute age and then leave you in limbo. Such a bad experience. I will never ever buy from them again. Please save yourself a huge headache.
