Pump has packed up 3 times in as many years. First time under warranty. Second time an expensive repair. Not going to bother a third time. After sales service from mspa is non existent.

Easy to order. The hot-tub arrived quick and the quality and finish and features are all excellent.

I first bought the Carlton hot tub from the seconds dept in Amazon. Something went wrong quite quickly and a removable filter came broken (from Amazon). But it came with a short guarantee, so I contacted Mspa, got through to Chris and he said return the control unit and it will be fixed and returned to me - no cost. Also they sent a new filter with not a quibble.
Now 2 years and lots of bubbles later, the filter unit started sounding like eggs boiling in a pan. Then it just stopped working. Contacted Mspa - Chris is still working hard, he got us to remove the unit and pack it up. For £180 it was picked up, repaired and returned- all within 4 DAYS! What!
Excellent service, so easy and so friendly. I’m certainly buying my next hot tub from them (if I need to…)

Easy to order on-line. Good hot tubs at competitive prices, it's our second one. Difficult to contact by phone, no options on delivery or tracking, received an e-mail saying 'shipped' & it arrived next day while there was no one in.

I needed to replace my old leaking hot tub and was given a great discount deal which included excellent help in placing the order - immediate replies to emails even over the weekend - well done Chris at Mspa.

I have a rigid M Spa Tuscany hot tub, much better than an inflatable. Inevitably, these things get hard family use & left outside in the elements. Over time we’ve needed a couple of replacement parts when things have been broken by careless hands. The after care support has been excellent & reasonably priced spares are despatched quickly.

Our Mspa went faulty after only 2 months of use (purchased only just over 6 month ago). Would not replace or repair without us costing us money. Consumer rights states 1 years warranty on electrical good or 2 year for good manufactured in the UK. Be warned don't buy as they are not fit for purpose and expensive.

Don't, just don't, absolutely appalling customer service, from rude patronising staff to staff who can't send the correct parts sent an inflation hose instead of a inflation valve and use a 5 day delivery service needless to say another week I may get the correct parts, enough, it's going back...

Fantastic and prompt response resolving an issue we had with our spa. On line form was easy to complete and as promised we received an email almost straight away.

kept up to date with delivery details order references etc very happy with the spa so far only that there was no ground sheet supplied and not sure how to make sure the warranty us set up should I sent the card or call?

You hear a lot of people criticising this company but we have had nothing but 1st class response from over 12 months ago with a problem up to today with a different kind of problem but the company especially Chris responded immediately.to our predicament and all sorted within 3 texts that us great customer service and you couldn't better that thanks again m spa and chris in aftersales/care cheers would definitely recommend to friends again
