If you are disabled they will tell you that you're not a NORMAL customer. If the product is faulty you have to return it yourself. If you are disabled they blame you for not being able to carry it to the post office. Reported to trading standards, the BBC, EASS and watchdog. AVOID AT ALL COST. Treated like an animal.

They are the worst company ever they sold me a hot tub that, started playing up after a month and they have done nothing

Terrible customer services experience with live chat today.
Not able to offer next day delivery on parts, not able to tell me who stocks their parts.

I explained that I had promised my autistic son his hot tub would be working today but the part I ordered wasn't the problem. So now I need to order the adapter but get it quick, was told that's not possible, can't give me supplier details then disconnected the chat.

by far the worst customer service ever i have had my control box sent off twise now its been over a month and i havnt got a clue when its coming back or if it will even work stay away from this company or find out for yourself and learn your own lesson

Had my hot tub less than a year and the pump broke 6 months in. Paid £35 collection fee for a repair, when it came back it was worse than it was when I sent it. It tripped our electrics! Dangerous.

Apparently, they will not replace under warranty, only repair, but after the disastrous first repair, I’ve lost confidence that I will ever get this fixed. I am also not willing to pay another £35 and wait in all day for them to collect it. Meanwhile, I’ve been without a hot tub for the best part of 3 months 😠

Safe to say, I will never buy an MSpa again, not worth the money and the hassle of dealing with their appalling aftercare service.

Brand new MSpa Vito Urban Series ordered, great looking and concept but faulty as it had a bad air leak which is ironic when it’s supposed to be an inflated spa.
No customer service phone number so have to contact them via email. Appalling collection service as you need a day off work as their collection timescale is between 8am-6pm.
My only option is to have a replacement pool body and change it myself.
Still waiting as their email says ‘we’ll send a replacement soon’

My advice to you is…look for a different brand of Spa or save your money!!!!!!!

Good prices and quick delivery

Remote wires a splitting .exposed wires that make it defective .water damage to remote .always beeping and f1 error code .couler has faded .peace of junk

This is my second MSPA.. Last one we bought week before lockdown March 2020 so it lasted 4 yrs.. we used it alot.. it was more expensive then too. I'm loving this one has 3 speeds on bubbles.
Don't ever use the drinks holder the clip on the side that what broken our last one.. MSPA customer services were good I change motor once on other one after 2 yrs which is normal with all chemicals that clog it up..
Wouldn't get any other one..

Easy to order, but was send an email with a trscking number that did not work. hem I contacted the company , they were very prompt with their reply and follow up

What great service. Received a product which was damaged. Emailed them on a Sunday, no quibbling, new product was with me by Tuesday and was perfect.

Still not received, emailed all thr response said was we will check. Still no hot tub 10 days after purchase and no communication

Bad bad bad after sales support, they blatantly ignore emails, waiting for a refund which I’m told they will process shortly, they don’t seem to have any communication skills and ask the most absurd questions which working in customer service they should really know the answer to, they asked me how much they should be refunding me 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
Wouldn’t every place an order with these scammers again
Their website payment options shows all the different methods of payments which if you click the logo for visa etc should take you to visa website but these logos are copy paste and not able to be clicked on 🤔🤔

Waste of space. If something goes wrong with the hot tub, it simply has to be thrown away. Water appeared to damage the remote for our hot tub. I've continued to try to replace this but the order gets cancelled due to this being out of stock. Attempts made to establish if this will ever become in stock have been attempted to no avail.

Hot tub broke down over the summer after just a year of use!!
Pretty sure we were told 2 years warranty when we bought it but they came back to me saying 6 month only.
Agreed to pay £180 and had the unit fixed but keep coming up with excuses to not get it repaired... "we have no part in stocks at the moment'
It now feels like they are probably about to stop trading and not ordering anymore parts!!
Just be aware of you are about to invest in one of those hot tube!!
Requested repair in September 2023.... today's response (19/02/2024): "the boss is in India' .....

i ordered a hot tub from mspa which was meant to arrive via parcelforce which i missed the parcel and ended up getting sent back to mspa so tried contacting them threw email several times i havent gotten a reply in 1 week and i tried calling htem multiple times but they said am in a queue postion 1 which they didnt awnser and wasted my time waiting for 2hrs of my life.

Fast delivery. Good qaulity . Would recommend.
