My recent stay here was excellent, and all staff members went above and beyond to ensure high quality standards for our stay, in particular I would like to mention the staff member who worked in the morning breakfast called 'Bahija' this woman was more than kind, and went that extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Stayed 3 nights with 2 friends paid 1500 total just to be woken up by the building’s construction everyday from 7 till 2. Besides this everything else was amazing staff was 10/10, some of the nicest people on earth!

I visited the beachbar Mövenpick, Boracay, Philippines:
it is a nice place on a more or less private beach with a confy beachbar. We took a Pinacolada as Happy Hour cocktail. It was excellent, very tasty and not reduced in the quality because of Happy Hour (take one get one ).Congratulation for the drinks! But then we ordered a Pizza Margarita. This had a very poor qualtity, easily to get a better one on the next 5star Resort ( Crimson Resort ). I recommend the cook of Mövenpick, Boraday: go to Aplaya Restaurant on the White Beach. Buy one and taste is. You will learn how to make the best Pizza Margarita.
The night manager was a nightmare…
The night manager was a nightmare (pardon the pun) rude and abrasive! in need of training desperately ! the rest of the staff were lovely! Don't book full board or all inclusive as the food isn't kept warm enough apart from the soup which is piping hot! They would benefit from giving guests access to microwaves.

HORRIBLE experience MOVENPICK AMSTERDAM CENTER. To begin with, as soon as I made my reservation and paid 100% of the amount, the Movenpick hotel sent me an email demanding proof of payment, even though the payment had already been confirmed, under penalty of the reservation being canceled, embarrassing me and bringing big frustrations, saying that my payment would be investigated. Just here already made my experience BAD. Afterwards, I asked for a complimentary room upgrade as I am a Gold or AllAccor member, where they promise that I will get a room upgrade without paying anything and more and to my surprise they send me an email charging me more money so I can have a room upgrade. In other words, false advertising. And if all that wasn't enough, I went with my family to have the free welcome drink at the hotel and after consuming it, a blonde employee from the bar comes screaming in the middle of the room, coming to charge us money for the drink, and the welcome drink it is free. In addition to the fact that such an expensive hotel doesn't even have Netflix on TV, I have to watch programs in a language I don't understand. Terrible! Movenpick never again and probably no AllAccor hotel ever again. Think carefully before closing with these hotels.

Mövenpick HH schlechter Kundenservice
Mövenpick HH hat eine nicht autorisierte Abbuchung von meiner Kreditkarte in Auftrag gegeben, obwohl ich die Rechnung per EC-Karte vor Ort beglichen habe. Kundenservice im Hotel konnte mir nicht helfen und nun habe ich nur Telefonate mit der Bank und bin sehr verärgert. Weder auf Mails noch auf Anrufe Reaktionen!
Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen! Schade für diesen Ärger. Es wurde in anderen Rezensionen schon über Doppelabbuchungen berichtet, aber dachte, das kann nicht in so einem Hotel passieren!

Pool broken and told to use the resident pool. Wasn’t told when booking the hotel pool was having a refurb. Then told us to use the small pool which is the residence from the flats next door. The ladder in the small pool was broken and had no steps to get out and injured my ankle sustained a sprained ankle and now on crutches. I’ve asked the hotel front of house manager for a copy of my accident report to send to my holiday insurance and she replied NO! It’s hotel policy. Holiday was mis sold and now injured. What can I do? The hotel medical team, which is the nurses gave me medication and medical assistance and even they wont supply my accident report so I can claim on my insurance. Dirty bathroom and bedroom pillow. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Hotel from hell 🔥

Vidunderlig hoteloplevelse på Mövenpick Hotel Hamburg.
Min kone, vores to små børn på 3 år og 6 år og jeg prøvede lykken en juliaften 2022. Vi havde ingen reservation, og var på vej til Danmark efter en lang køretur fra Frankrig.
Vi droppede ind og de havde to fantastiske værelser til os - sammenhængene. Så lækkert. De var glade for at vi kom og prøvede lykken - og vi endte med kun at betale for det ene værelse.
Fantastisk service, vidunderlig morgenmad, dejligt hotel, skøn park og dejlig beliggenhed.
Bare tak! Ikke sidste gang vi prøver at køre forbi.

Last Minute Buchung per Telefon von der Autobahn gemacht. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sogar für den Hund war Platz.
Das Zimmer wurde spontan von einem 3 Bett auf ein 4 Bett Zimmer umgebaut.
Wir waren wirklich begeistert.

Movenpick Dubai JBR, extremely well done in selling you the idea of good place.
When you are there, expect the exact following:
Bad breakfast
24/7 noise from streets
Prostitutes infront of the hotel entry all the time
Guests are not allowed in the rooms
Any guest entering the room need to deliver ID
If you dont, expect a phone call from the extreme unprofessional reception telling you: “ if you dont come down with an ID within 5 min, we will call the security and kick your guest out”
Already the holiday experience has been ruined because of the hotel… and at the end they talk to guests as if we are employees and not customers
Movenpick, you will not be broke because of me, but each time I see your name when I want to book, I will hope your name not be listed and give me a bad reminder about what happened

I visited Srilanka and stayed at the Movenpick Hotel Colombo for almost 12-13 days with my husband. The experience as especially made beautiful and happy by the personalised & customised services provided by the Concierge Mr @Thusitha Liyanage! I would recommend the hotel for stay with such customer service as provided by Mr Thusitha! All the very best.
Poor digital customer service and low standard
Main problem was that it was difficult to get in contact with the hotel. I booked on the official webpage, but never received a confirmation. Not sure whether I was in the system I called (no one ever picked up the phone - not once) and wrote in total three emails, but days went by with no answer. It was really stressfull not knowing wether I had booked and payed for a room or possibly would be standing without accommodation.
Arriving at the hotel, I was rather dissappoited. The staff was friendly, but the room was small, filthy (not unclean, just the old filth you cannot get off) and not up to date. We had a fine stay, but not at all what I expect when I book four stars hotel. The breakfast was okay, I missed nothing, but again: over priced. I will not be recommending my friends to stay at Möwenpick Hotel Hamburg.

I visited Movenpick Hotel in Istanbul Pendik for lunch on the 6th Feb 2022. I was provided with a fantastic service by the main server Huseyin and his colleague Enyin. I must say that these 2 young men were very well knowledgable and they looked after me. 👍

Sejour a 2 adultes et 4 enfants dans un appart hotel de Movenpuck Bur dubai ou nous avons ete relogès car nous avions initialement reservè 2 chambres triple pour 6. A notre arrivee avec nos enfants a 2h du matin seulement 2 couchages par chambre et non 3. Obligès de reclamer 2 couchage de plus pour coucher nos jeunes enfants.De plus vu sur 1 chantier. Nous somnes finalement relogès le lendemain dans 1 appartement 2 chambres. Menage tres superficiel, emballage de glaces trouves derriere les rideaux et sous les lits. Canapès sentant le vieux voire l urine. Equipe de menage arrivant alors que nous n avions pas sollicitè de menage. Pour la restauration beaucoup d attente pour obtenir 1 table. Personnel de restauration debordè donc pas forcement très agreable . Equipement de l appartement depassè. Chasse d eau qui fuient etc.... prestations donc bien en dessous des prestations habituelles a Dubai.

I was upgraded to a beautiful suite as it was a quiet period. The staff were all first class. The food in the restaurant at breakfast time was superb.
Insha Allah I will be back in 2022 for the World Cup !!
