It was great working with James. There was never a time where I wasn’t able to get in touch with him to have questions answered about my purchase.

He also provided a great level of knowledge of the local area which was much appreciated!

In 2018, Moveli was advertising on the internet that their commission fee was 0.75% excl VAT + £192 listing fee.

Just received a quote in 2021 that the fee for sole agency would be 1.5% excl VAT.

How has the fee doubled in this time? The price now is the same as most high street agents despite Moveli not having high street presence.

I have been dealing with properties for nearly 40 years, domestic, commercial and auction houses, and very categorically say,I have never come across such un professionall and incompetent agent, I think James has no regard for any one else but himself, I read a view, where they booked two appointments whitin 15 minutes of each other, what a joke, and he is trying to justify his actions. I think if all of us get together and boycott him, this greedy selfish company will die a slow death by not having any clients.

What a horrible experience we just had looking at a property last night. Melanie Attwater had obviously no interest in showing us around the place as she was quite clearly overwhelmed by the fact she had 2 other couples queuing up outside wanting to view it at the same time. She rushed us through every room and as soon as my partner said the living room was a little smaller than he'd expected she said 'oh well, we'll just have to find you something you do like'. We'd only been there for about 3 minutes! How anyone is expected to make the biggest purchase of their lives in that amount of time is just ridiculous. I would never use this agency even if the perfect property came up with them.

Pushed to lower price of our flat further and further. Initially agreed but when eventually disagreed no effort made to sell flat.
Flat removed from the market by the agent without any communication with us that this would be happening.
We have lost the window of selling before the stamp duty ends .

I've had to deal with few agents recently as I'm trying to sell my home in West London.

He is considered, flexible, helpful and he has taught me more about selling a house than most agents have in the past.

James is the kind of person who restores your faith in estate agents.

I had a great experience with Moveli, stress free and with as little hassle as possible. I viewed the property many times with Paul and he was very knowledgeable about the flat and the area. He provided me with everything I wanted to know, answering all of my many questions, and was good at communicating updates. As a first time buyer I really appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood everything and made this a nice experience.

Thanks to Moveli, it's been really great - I would recommend it without hesitation.

Rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't waste your time selling or buying with this estate agent.
