I had the most fabulous agent, Caroline Ryan, dealing with the sale of my flat. I was so lucky! Caroline really knows what she is doing and built a great rapport with both me and the buyer, meaning that information was shared and things progressed well.
It wasn't an easy sale, but Caroline was always positive and reassuring. Communication is so important and I knew what was going on every step of the way. In the past I have had to chase agents for information but Caroline kept me up to date.

Philip Knight was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. My wonderful estate agent was Stephen Codner. I was very sceptical of estate agents when I put my east London flat on the market. However I was sweetly surprised working with Stephen. He was knowledgeable, kept me up to date, explained processes and chased solicitors on my behalf. He literally went above and beyond and he really did deliver on all the promises made. Stephen communicated with me every step of the way. Even on a Sunday! He called or messaged back at his earliest convenience and it was always timely. I am so grateful to have had his support while on this journey.

We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite.
​We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients.
​In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas and six weeks before completion totally without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again.

Imagine marketing a country house in about 3 acres with no room sizes given and no site plan. Even worse, they failed to answer my emailed enquiry. Not impressed.
