Roberto at Moveli was fantastic and really made our house purchase as straight forward as can be.

He was very informed on the property; rather than simply opening the door to let us take a look, he guided us through the home explaining things, as well talking through potential renovation options.

In terms of managing our offer, Roberto worked very hard up the chain to get things closed quickly and efficiently. Up until completion he was very engaged, providing constant updates and following up with other stakeholders where necessary to push things long.

Chris recently found a buyer for my very much loved flat which I had lived in for 27 years. I had sought a buyer who would love the property as much as I had. He more than succeeded in this task. He pulled together a great brochure, updated me on viewings/ online hits regularly and helped us both exchange and complete contracts within a tight timeframe. I worked with Roberto for the first time last year. I had been receiving information about his services and really liked how different his approach was to the regular high street agents.
He agreed the sale of my house on the first day of viewings and the process after that was stress free.

Amazing service, far better setup than usual agencies. James sold our flat in Fulham for £50k more than the closest valuation we received from a high street estate agent.

He was pro-active and we found him to be an excellent negotiator, telling us that he could get more for our property when fair offers came in. He advised us before we put it on the market to update the garden (which we did) amongst some other small touches that would maximise our selling position. He was really caring and knew a lot about the area when he first came over.

I’ve had mixed experiences with agents in the past, James seemed to love what he was doing - and was great at it too.

It is extremely rare for me to feel obliged to write a review. However, given the ridiculously-high level of customer care you demonstrated in selling my house, I feel compelled to do so.

Throughout the whole sales process, Robert demonstrated the very highest-levels of trust professionalism. At each and every step, Robert regularly kept me informed of the progress. Sometimes even on a daily-basis. How many estate agents would care enough to do that?

When there were hiccups in the selling process (When isn’t there?), Robert was immediately on-hand to deal with them super-efficiently and way above the level of care that I would have expected.

Like so many people, when it comes to choosing the right estate agent, sometimes it can be a lottery in knowing just who to pick?

Is there another estate agent as good as Robert Coules of Moveli; who knows?… But what I do know is, that in my 63 years on this planet, and having bought nearly 20 properties, I have never met another estate agent that comes even a close second to Robert Coules in representing a property on my behalf.

I cannot recommend enough, the over and beyond level of service that I received during a recent property transaction. Moveli and specifically Robert Coules were a delight to work with. Transactions are stressful particularly when you are relying on third parties, solicitors etc to get things done. Robert chased things down, ensured communication between all and did literally anything he could do to keep the transaction alive and to speed up the deal. I couldnt ask for more and will be recommending to friends and family!

Roberto sold our house for us. He was more than proactive, we’d tried previously with another high street estate agent, they over priced it, and never really put much effort in. With Movelli we had a second offer which we accepted within two weeks of listing it, Roberto made sure the whole process was as painless as possible, liaising with our buyers, solicitors etc to make sure it all went through smoothly and without delay, it was less than 3 months from listing to completion. Roberto also offered us sound advice for the property we were buying and was around if we needed him to negotiate or answer any problems that came up with our purchase. Roberto is the most spectacular estate agent I have ever encountered! He goes far above and beyond including doing Sunday viewings (if convenient) and even on one occasion picking up a prospective buyer who didn’t have transport!
This is a totally different class of estate Agent that caters to your circumstances!

Chris took on a key central role in selling my property - acting as a coordinator between both sets of solicitors, mortgage broker & the buyer. He went over & above to get the sale over the finish line and kept the energy up through the process - Chris worked harder than any other estate agent I have ever instructed; and he stands out in his drive to get the job done.

Wayne’s been great, made the process as easy as possible and kept me informed all the way through.

These guys are completely unscrupulous, James is leading their poor buyers into a false sense of reality. Advertising properties with elements which will have to be stripped out/removed or replaced upon sale due to breaches of lease. "Solid Herringbone Floors Throughout" in a 1st floor conversion with a local authority lease? (Lease condition are that they MUST have carpets throughout)

When approaching them calmly and respectfully about the lack of "Full Disclosure" (which they are obliged to obey) I had the door shut in my face and told I was "Annoying"

Late night contractors sent to the empty unit without any consultation with the neighbour downstairs. No consideration whatsoever.

Also very elitist in their approach. Awful.

Buyers beware of being sold a false dream.

Terrible experience with the manager/owner, James - didn’t respond when he said he would and went back on what he had previously agreed. Can’t be trusted, would not recommend. Not a professional or reliable estate agents service at all.
