Having worked with Kikku in selling two of my properties in Ealing Broadway, I can only say that it has been an amazing experience to see how he and Moveli have been able to achieve excellent buyers for the asking prices. Amazing experience with Kikku, extremely professional, practical, total trust. He sold my house in West Road, Ealing W52QL, he kept my house keys with furniture, took great care, found a buyer in less than 1 month, managed to sell for the price I asked and helped me with everything, all the paperwork because we live abroad, I was lucky to have Kikku, helping us with everything we needed until the sale was finalised. We worked with Philip Knight @ Moveli and sold our house in summer 2024. We had not worked with Philip before, but we knew that he had decades of experience as an agent in the area, so it was an easy choice for us to make. He put together a full marketing plan, including a set of photographs and online media programme which showed the house better than we could have imagined. He took our feedback on the sales blurb with good humour and sorted out the EPC. He was incredibly helpful with the pricing decision and gave realistic advice about that, backed up by plenty of current local knowledge and years of local experience. We had a sale agreed within about 4 weeks of launch and safely completed. Yes, that is what estate agents do for a living and what they’re paid for. However what Philip also gave us was exceptional personal attention. He conducted the viewings himself; gave immediate feedback on each; kept a ‘ runner up’ happy whilst negotiations were underway and most importantly was readily available to us by phone to chat and where necessary reassure, throughout the process to completion. Especially when things got a bit stressy! We never doubted his commitment to us as clients and would not hesitate to use Philip again.

If you’re a home owner and wondering why your property is still on the market it’s because their estate agent team are incredibly unorganised.

I had to call them three times to try get a viewing to buy a property booked with the first two times being told they would call me back but never did.

I arrived early for the viewing and they didn’t even turn up. I called the number on rightmove twice with each time being told they’ll notify their team and yet heard nothing back.

I give up with these estate agent - I would not trust to purchase a property using them.

Movelli Battersea are awful

I viewed a property with a Movelli Estate Agent on the Albert Bridge Road, all fine. But I arranged to go back the following morning with my wife, I did this in person face to face and later confirmed this in a text.

The following morning my wife and I got a black cab to the property to ensure that we made the appointment on time. We waited at the property for 25 minutes before calling the relator, he claimed that the appointment was not made because he did not reply to my text. Unbelievable!

Seriously avoid if you can.

Wayne provided us with an exemplary service and went above and beyond his duties as an Estate Agent to help us sell our one-bedroom flat and purchase our present home.

Wayne went the extra mile in communicating with our Solicitor, and the buyers Solicitor for the property that we were selling, which he was not contracted to do, but wanted to help us sell the property and buy our presents one.

We would highly recommend Wayne as an Estate Agents for anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property.

Absolutely superb experience. Sold my flat in London at a time when market was very quiet and challenging. The agents I had first used were useless and I had to part company. Charlie from moveli was recommended by a friend. He had some very specific advice and guidance as to quick changes to the property to make it show better. And also a clear idea of a better asking price to be more competitive. I had an offer which I accepted within 48 hours and Charlie then worked superbly through what turned out to be quite a difficult process and got it through to completion. Superb communication throughout. Really recommend them.
